I’m hoping that’s the case with mine. Not the 30 day part though. They keep telling me I’m in KZ and there’s no ETA. Hopefully it will show up the dealer soon.

When I was talking to Jeep chat yesterday they told me they were having issues with their system. Perhaps this is related.

Thank you, I'm familiar with the list but it's not clear what follows what and whether all builds go through the same pattern of statuses. So my question was more about people's observations.

Does it go to another status after KZ to show that it's been shipped, or is KZ the last trackable status?

Moving out of JB is exciting. But after few days you realize you are now stuck in another status and it all starts over. Even when it’s KZ, support seems to be unable to give ETA or even tell you if vehicle is still at the factory or has been shipped. Hang in there.

Escalation doesn’t seem to do anything. Mine was escalated and I couldn’t get any info from the other department either. Luckily I’m out of JB as of Monday. Good luck.
