This is the URL from the postcard. I need to read it three more times (and also have my lawyer wife read it): https://cptgroupcaseinfo.com/FCAUSSettlement
Then Iāll flip it the other way to say if you can do it with the stock lights, I donāt see why you couldnāt with the AALs. Try it and see? The AALs are wired to behave exactly as the stock lights and drop in both to led and non-led equipped Jeeps.
Edit: now I see what you mean on the...
I donāt see how this would work. The AAL lights wire up exactly the same as the stock lights. Theyāre just dumb 12v wires. If you canāt to it with the stock lights, you canāt do it with the AALs.
Something to think about: if you replace your tires down the road, odds are your friend wonāt be willing to pay what he is now. And if you wait until theyāre worn out, no one will pay you for them (youāre paying a disposal fee at that point). Itās worth considering making the move now while you...
This weekend a friend of mine and I hit the Corral Hollow trail and also some unnamed forrest service roads in the area.
Corral Hollow overlook:
Small lake back in the forrest service roads:
And after a tight, windy shelf road, was rewarded with a small bridge over a river.
For what itās worth, I painted mine with high temp rustoleum over three years ago and havenāt felt compelled to repaint it since. It might not be quite as black, but it thereās a good chance you wonāt have to sand and repaint.
I now have owned three different tables.
Springtail: absolutely silent once installed, easy to adjust to make sure it stays silent and doesnāt rattle. However I didnāt like the paracord supports.
American Adventure Labs: one button operation, extremely sturdy mounting, integrated light...
Really good idea. I couldnāt find the rattle in my AAL table, so I removed the whole thing. I should have tried this. Maybe Iāll give it another shot. Thanks for sharing!
Youāre a braver man than me. I couldnāt bring myself to drill into the roof, so I paid someone to install my rack and left the general vicinity while the deed was done.
So it seems American Adventure Labs updated their packout mounts without updating the pictures on their site. With the new version, you don't have to cut off the tabs anymore. The new ones are a little bit taller, but being able to use unmodified packouts is worth the slight increase in height.
Yesterday installed Next Venture Motorsports diff cover and diff skid.
Today was an oil change. Second change with the stahlbus installed and it continues to make oil changes trivial, even with a skid plate in the way.
Another option is to gut your fenders and donāt do a lift. Iāve been on 315 KO2s for about three years on stock JLUR suspension with no issues. At extreme (read: rare) flex, I get a tiny bit of wheel well rub, but my fenders remain in fine shape.
All at a cost of one of the many light kits that...
From what I remember, itās the same gain as the Ghost antenna, so the performance will be the same. But you didnāt get what you paid for and a magnetic mount on a JL just isnāt going to work out well.
