Thank you! I have called that number, talked to Jeep cares, filed a formal complain with Jeep, discussed many times with the dealer, demanded a face to face meeting with the regional rep....but still no soft top or a date when it will arrive.Mine just came in. Call the toll free number for Wrangler owners and have them escalate it. I picked mine up this month and a little less than 3 weeks later it was shipped to the dealer.
