2023 No Tan Soft Tops.

All this talk of price increases, I built my Jeep as a 23 model. I discovered the Tan top is gone. So, I called best top, it is available if it was factory installed for replacement windows or full top. You will have to provide vin for build proof. This is not available on the web site. When I asked about all the offered colors for JK not for JlL. I was told it a supply issue and jk run was are already allocated. I for one am happy and did not wait. So I guess tan top’s just got rarer. I do hope it comes back, it is just such a authentic look.

Supply issue my ass, Bestop seems to be committed to running as few options as possible - aside from the tan for OEM production they only make black sailcloth or twill for the JL. That said, anyone can buy the replacement material and swap tan onto their soft top armature, and I'm still glad I did - the tan is classic as you say.

Where do you buy the tan material? Direct from Bestop?

I got mine from quadratec, you could use their listing for the material to maybe find a better deal via one of the mopar wholesalers. I've got a writeup on how to perform the swap, not hard at all.
