But how else can we access our play lists now a days then? No radio signal out in the boonies, Jeep's stock cd player in my 2005 Liberty craped out and quit working years ago... So I've been building my Amazon play list for Android play for my next Jeep purchase. :(The issues I am hearing about are causing me to rethink my plans. I love Jeep, but do not want to have my only set of wheels in the shop all the time.
There’s a big difference between your car having a modem in it and receiving updates like this and connecting your phone to your car for music or navigation.

The Media panel has 3 inputs for that purpose. It's also possible via a Bluetooth connection betwixt your phone (on which the songs are loaded) and the head unit in the vehicle.

No, I don't have my music loaded on my phone. It would not hold my library. I need a wifi option and then use android auto play and log in to my library either on Apple, or Prime maybe, or something like that. Maybe youtube. Thank you though. I will have to figure this out when I get a new set of wheels.

I got that ad, followed by one for SiriusXM. They kept popping up, covering my nav! I wasn't reading. Even if I had wanted to read them, I had other things ... like driving a multi-ton potentially-life-ending vehicle ... to do, and that took priority.
Very "glimpse into the future, and it isn't good" vibes

Have you tried clicking "OK" instead of the X? Perhaps acknowledging the message rather than closing it will produce better results?
Last year their answer was to click the "X".🤦‍♂️

I don't think this was actually Jeep.

To me, this seems like a hack / phishing attempt - especially since they hung up on you. It would not surprise me. Was your phone hooked up? It looks to be so since Android Auto is there in your pic.

Be glad they hung up.
Same messages from last year. It is legit.

If that's a real ad, and it's that persistent, that would be my last Stelantis vehicle. I haven't gotten it myself, but they could just be rolling it out slowly, trying it out. Or as someone else said, possible phishing attempt. It would be nice if @JeepCares could verify if this is a real ad from Stelantis/Jeep or something else.
They confirmed and answered last year regarding these messages on my 2022 Wrangler Uconnect. It sucks. Receiving these ads "are part of your contractual agreement".👍

Per JeepCares:
"Thank you for tagging us and we are certainly sorry to hear of the frustration this has caused you. At this time, we advise that customers click the large [X] in the corner to close out and clear stored notifications from the vehicle. It should also be noted that ads are part of your contractual agreement with Sirius XM, but we are working on the frequency. Thank you for your patience.

Burn your library to a flash drive?

It's bizarre that it doesn't happen to all of us.

I have been driving these Jeeps since 2013 and always used the tech in them. I have never gotten this type of message, which I am very glad for!

Now the question is what did you sign up for and when that you get these every year?

Really not a real question - I am sorry you are getting spammed like this. Hope you figure out how to stop it. I have asked all my Jeep owner friends (all own 2016 or newer) and none of them have ever gotten this type of message.

So sorry, I was talking about a new ride, new jeep or glad or something. But What I have learned about the 3.L V6 there are more issues than just a weak plastic oil filter housing. I have sadly decided not to buy a Jeep this time. My Liberty still has 50k+ in her for sure. I am seeing more and more Liberties on the road and at the gas station here every day. I did not notice them until I started looking for a replacement. They are great and are pre 2011. Thank you for all your help and info. You are a patient instructor. You help is appreciated.
