Hi KZ985,The dealership submitted a case and have been waiting for a response since 1/26. They've stated that they have done everything requested and now the alarms are triggered immediately. That being said, they are telling me they can't do anything further without direction and have not received a response (not sure how to verify that).
As for getting Jeep Cares involved, I'm honestly not sure how to do that. Based on what I've seen here, people seem to have success once they're involved. Any details on how I may be able to get them involved in my case?
