The dealership submitted a case and have been waiting for a response since 1/26. They've stated that they have done everything requested and now the alarms are triggered immediately. That being said, they are telling me they can't do anything further without direction and have not received a response (not sure how to verify that).

As for getting Jeep Cares involved, I'm honestly not sure how to do that. Based on what I've seen here, people seem to have success once they're involved. Any details on how I may be able to get them involved in my case?

Thanks!

Hey guys,
So I got these three messages over the last couple of days. Started with the Start/ Stop not working then progressed to shaking and lurching when starting the vehicle. Can you guys confirm ordering the vacuum pump resolved this?

So far it has for me. Although I never got the first light that you're showing, which probably explains the shaking and lurching.

I took it to the local dealer, but they could not reproduce the problem. They said that it could have been fixed with the U62 safety recall update (Powertrain Control Module). The recall does not mention anything about my issue. The reps @ the dealer said sometimes *other* things get fixed with these kind of updates. The good news is that this issue has not happened since.
I took my 18 JLUR in to do the TSB to add the off road pages and to fix an issue with green lines on and sometimes a blue screen on the uConnect screen. They said the software download to add the off road pages would take care of the uConnect issues too. I was skeptical but it's been 3 weeks now without the issue. The update is way to big of file for just an app. Took the dealer 4 hours to download the file from FCA and another 1.5 hours to upload it from a USB drive to the uConnect. I wonder if it contained all the software updates to date.

Mine goes to the dealer on Monday for this too. I was just there Friday getting my rear shocks replaced because they started leaking. Thanks for all the info. I'll let the dealer know.

Got mine back today. They replaced the throttle control and everything seems to be working now. Hopefully this lasts :fingerscrossed:

Thanks! I PM'd them first thing this morning. Hopefully they can help get it resolved. I'll update with outcome.
After being in the shop with the dealer for 20 days, I finally have my Jeep back. In the end they did the following:
- Replaced Vacuum Pump: Part #4581991-AA
- they also replaced the fuse because it was blowing the fuse while malfunctioning
- Replaced 2 Wiring Harnesses: Part#68354248-AD and #68350955-AD (not making good connections)
- Replaced PDC - 68298935-AD
- This was slightly burnt due to bad wiring

I just picked it up late yesterday, so here's to hoping that the issues don't pop back up. So far so good.

Thanks
@JeepCares for getting involved to escalate my case. I wish I would have found out about that much earlier in the process.

Hope this helps someone else avoid a lengthy time without their vehicle.

Update: mine was a loose wire that only acted up at long stops. At short intervals, it was fine, but at longer lights, it would trip the code. Hopefully, no more issues with the ESS :like:

Well....spoke too soon. Went to leave from work and both lights are right back on 24hrs later... @JeepCares - can you please engage the dealership again. I'd really like to avoid going another month without my vehicle that I've had for less than 6mo.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
