Service Electronic Stability Control

Just hopped in the jeep to get coffee, and out of nowhere this light came on. Haven’t done anything other than daily commute, no wheeling or anything. Drove perfect yesterday. The transmission wouldn’t go above 3rd gear and it was almost in like a limp mode. Had to get off the road because the speed limit is 50mph. Any idea why the F it came on? I’ll try the above fixes hopefully it works for me

It’s a 21’ JLURD with 14k miles. I’ve only had it 2 months so I’m assuming * they are original, haven’t checked them yet. But I’ve not noticed a voltage below 14 on the monitor

This is not the same problem.

This is the warning light and message that came on so I’m not sure what you mean.

Not the Aux battery warning.

Electronic Stability Control is what came up.

i think he means your symptoms are not OP symptoms, to varied to be one thing, thats why i tend to think bad batteries which seem to plague the JL line.

Your issue is completely unrelated to anything posted in this thread. There are only so many warning lights, and about 200-500 reasons why each one might come on.

Well the warning light that came on had the same title as this post so I thought it would be a good place to look, thanks for your help. I’ll look elsewhere

So I'm cruising along on a desert highway doing about 70mph and enter a long, gentle curve to the left. I drifted slightly to the right and my right-side tires make contact with the rumble strip. I gently steered to the left and came off the strip and Service Electronic Stability Control comes on. Drove about 2 hours to home with the warning light staying on. Next morning start it up and warning light still there. Drove around town running errands and the warning cleared all by itself.
