The vibration is the metal bracket where the module is bolted in. Take four rubber grommets where the bracket is bolted in, 10mm I believe, and put in between bolts and bracket. Takes care of it. It's worked on three JL's at my dealership sofar.
Don’t think it’s possible to get at 2 of the 4 bolts on the far side closest to the door without taking off more than just the center lower panel under the steering wheel. I looked and could not even see those two bolts or even get a finger in there to feel them.

If you have some other way to do it without taking out the dash or taking it apart further let us know. I was planning on heading to the store to get some rubber washers but when I saw how it’s mounted I nixed that idea.

As others have done I used a business card folded in half. I put electrical tape on the card and wrapped each end to thicken and harden the edges of the card. I contorted my body and arms and used a long flat head screwdriver to wedge inbetwen the gateway housing and its outer housing before then shoving the card inbetween as well.

It works. Charlie Brown sound gone. I left the panel off as my JLTaserLite arrives on Monday so really no need to wear out the plastic tabs on it pulling it off and on over and over again. Be forewarned you will be cursing FCA for making you contort your body into a pretzel.

Tip on pulling that panel off though. It’s on tight like a tiger. Start bottom left corner and slowly pull while increasing the pull, but slowly. It’ll let loose just have patience. Then go up and do the same then around on the other side. It pops out pretty fiercely. Key is pull slowly don’t just yank the hell out of it. Don’t worry though if you break it I looked it up, it’s like a $25 part.

I will wait until there’s a Jeep TSB on the issue to see what they recommend as a fix. Either way a dealership won’t be touching my Wrangler for this. Those goons will end up tearing the whole dash apart and it’ll never be the same afterwards.

These help with the panel, a LOT:

Mwah mwah mwah, mwah mwah mwah mwah. Mwah mwah mwah mwah.

*Translation: same here... .I jammed a piece of cardboard in & left the panel off. I'm also expecting a Tazer Lite arriving Monday & I can't wait to twist around under there... again.

Some pictures to help you guys understand the business card fix (way easier than rubber washers - can’t see how you’d do that without taking the dash apart).

I used a long, very skinny flathead to make enough room to slide in a little square of cardboard. Rather than a business card, I used some cardboard from Harbor Freight glove packaging - thicker and harder (that’s what she said!)

I never had the speaker issue, but I do have a very annoying (to me) vibration sound that I swear is coming from behind the vent or from inside the a-pillar. You guys got me wondering if it is the SG module rattling, so I figured a bit of contortion and some cardboard was worth trying. I haven’t gone out to test, yet. Fingers crossed!

I'll post some pics tomorrow to show what I'm talking about.

Raskel,
In my opinion placing the business card doubled over seemed to correct the issue.
