I listen primarily to Howard Stern and I have noticed the front left speaker vibrates to the point it almost sounds like it's blown but when I play music it's fine. I put all sound front left and was feeling around to see if I touched anything tht it would go away, but nothing. Anyone else. Put up some sport talk and see.

I'm stumped. I have a 2016 Tacoma and it did the same thing. I finally lost my mind and popped the speaker cover off. Once I had it apart it was an easy fix. I feel your pain!

Iā€™m driving now and I pretty sure itā€™s the mid range speaker under the steering wheel it sounds like Charlie Brownā€™s teacher talking
Iā€™m pretty sure it has to do with the shitty compression on sat radio. Callers into shows like Stern sound horrendous also on the HK system in my SRT jeep. But itā€™s only talk radio shows. Music sounds fine. Does it also do this with music channels or just talk? Probably need to adjust ur mids EQ when listening to satellite talk radio. My $.02

Itā€™s harder to hear with music. Iā€™ve turned down bass, treble, mid. Itā€™s only one side when talking. Itā€™s not the callers. Itā€™s everything else.

My Mazda is doing that. Only with certain bass frequencies. I assume itā€™s loose and hittting resonance. You could try tightening the screws holding the speaker in.

I selected the upgraded sound system and itā€™s amazing, no issues with talk radio and music sounds great.

To be honest Iā€™m going to live with it. The last thing after several months of waiting and waiting on my JL is for some dealer to start ripping into it. Lol. I thank you for your help on all the threads. :).
