Thanks for posting! Zip tie approach worked perfectly and didn't even need to remove kick panel...sweet!

Oh thank goodness you guys figured it out, after 5 months of ownership it started to rattle like crazy on talk radio.

I did the zip tie fix. Working well so far.

I had it in to my dealer to apply the loud fan TSB (which they did) and asked him to apply the STAR fix shown above. They looked at it and said it didn't apply to my VIN.....frustrating so I just got under the console and in 5 minutes it was fixed. Thanks to all of those who posted above.

This just started with our 2019, had it for 10 months. Placed some filter foam between the module and the connectors, seems to have stopped rattling for now. Nice to know there is an easier solution, the zip tie.

15 years from now we'll be reading about all these JL owners that can't understand why business cards are falling onto their feet.

Glad I found this post! Thanks to the forums for solving my issues again. Wish the dealerships used these forums more. When I mentioned to the service specialist looking at them last time I was at the dealer for a different issue they couldn't figure out, but the forums did, I think they get offended.
I've had the Jeep for 1 year exactly and this weird speaker noise just started from the bottom front drivers side speakers. Especially when listening to Howard on XM it is very noticeable. It sound like something out of a Peanuts cartoon, strange echo sound. It's been driving me nuts this week. I'll be applying the fix as soon as I have some time this week.
    Thanks forums!
