Did you add wooden platforms on the sliders? Are you just using cam straps to hold everything down. My fridge doesn't budge but my Milwaukee moves a little side to side when hitting rough stuff.

Yes, I temporarily added a piece of plywood under so I could screw the bottom box and bottom crate to the plate form. No there is zero movement. I am planning on switching the plywood out for a 3/16” aluminum sheet. Just don’t have the time to sheer it at the shop before I leave.

I want an aluminum sheet, then I can lower my shelf a notch. How much to make one and send to Texas?

The big brown truck has slowly started dropping off new parts.

new Rear adjustable track bar from JKS
front and rear JKS 3.5" HD lift springs this will be a little lift from the 2.5" HD springs i have now.
I have my front upper control arms that i need to install at the same time.. hopfully in the next week or two ill get these all installed and an alignment.

the track bar is the one thats killing me. LOL it was direct from the mfg after ordering from northridge4x4 so no tracking was given for it LOL

new Track bar FINALLY made it. Guess tomorrow i will start installing the front 3.5" springs and then installing the rear track bar since i already have the 3.5" springs in on the rear.

Upper control arms are installed, 3.5" lift is installed and track bar is installed and tested caster is siting at just a hair over 6* jeep seems to be driving well so far. ill know on the way home when i hope on the good smooth California highways.... Flex tested the Jeep at the office and this thing gets some good articulation with this setup. just need to add a bit of bump stop in the rear

Not much to report. swapped out my amazon special rock lights for a full set of KC Hilites cyclone V2 lights. was an easy change over. i will be adding some take off Baja designs lights soon

Smokey had its first tow truck ride. Blew the slave cylinder on the clutch after a weekend of camping. Couldn’t have been at a better spot. The tow yard was less than a 10th mile. Was able to limp it to the tow yard over night until they had a second driver to bring it 2 hours back to my office. From there I trailer the Jeep home. New slave cylinder showed up last night. Hoping to get it installed Friday or Saturday

Smokey is back up and running. Clutch cylinder replaced. While I had the skids down I went ahead and replaced the factory front driveshaft with a JE Reel 1350 I had for a spare. Also replaced seeping front pinyon seal. Cleaned up and painted oil/trans skids and used new yellow zinc hardware to bolt it back up. I will be adding the rubicon BOH to the Jeep as well since it came in

Slowly making my way through the @Metalcloak long arm kit. Front is buttoned up. Will be starting the rear soon

Rear long arm kit is installed for the most part. Just need to check rear pinyon angle vs the transfer case and get those equal for my rear driveshaft
