Newest update. I now have a Sporticon.
rubicon Dana 44’s front and rear. Also did synergy HD tie rod, and parking brake cable relocation bracket. Currently running stock sport brakes while I wait on my power stop big brake back order to come in a Couple months. Wired the lockers in and hoping to get to install my Christmas (Bolt hood lock) present from my brother that’s been on back order for like 14weeks

Looks good, I will be doing this in June so I have been following along. How long did the swap take you? Do you have any pictures of the e-brake relocation bracket? Is that the bracket in the last picture?

I am also getting ready to put rubi axles in my sport. I was told you NEED to do the big brake upgrade in order to install Rubicon axles but it looks like you ran yours with stock sport brakes. Can anyone help with this question. What exactly is different between the standard brakes and the Heavy Duty? I have heard from some they are the same calipers with just slightly different rotors and different pads. the heavy duty brakes don't seem to be much of an upgrade over the standard brakes. I am leaning towards Baer or Teraflex rather than dumping around $800 into Mopar big brakes for a very minimal improvement.
Anyone that can chime in and share their experience?

Great job. I am starting something very similar on my Altitude. The Altitude came with the heavy duty brakes . So are those the same as the Rubicon brakes that may come with the Rubicon axles?
that is correct. and its just swapping the rotor in place on the new axle

New update. Added KBD high line fenders with rugged ridge inner fender liners. Added new Method Racing 304 dbl standard wheels in bronze with 0 offset. Love the look of the slightly wider stance with these fenders.

Nice.. Whats it look like from the front and rear? Would like to see the coverage of those fenders over the tires. With zero offset....Are you not getting any kind of interference on the brakes or Knuckles?

Looking great man. How did you actually get your hands on a set of the KBD fenders? They've been out of stock for months and I can never seem to find them anywhere else (other than their website).

I ordered direct from them about three months ago. they shipped within two weeks when i ordered them. doesn't hurt that i live only 15-20 mins from their building.

Update. Installed front Rubicon steel stubby bumper. Ordered new fog light bezels to replace the broken and scratched ones on the bumper now. I also have an American trail winch plate, and factory fog light wiring harness on order This should hold me off until I pull the trigger on some led fog lights. Before and after picks
