Which shock should I upgrade to? I have a 22 sport s JLU. Stock suspension but put on the wildpeak at3 285/70/17. Running 33psi. Wanting a little better ride. Daughter is starting to drive and want her to be comfortable in it. I have an opportunity to get bilstein 5100 0-1.5 for the front , but before I do and go but the rear shocks. Wanted to see if anyone has recommendations? This will be mainly road driving with very little , light off roading. Thanks for any input

Bilsteins are a sportier feel compared to factory. They are stiffer at smaller suspension movements. Everyone feels things differently, but these are not softer than factory.

Wanting a little better ride.
What's wrong with how it rides now?

For driving on pavement the stock shocks/suspension should suffice. I'd let your daughter start driving the vehicle as is first and get her take before changing anything.

She has been driving it. I added bigger tires and doesn’t feel the same. Was told with heavier tires should upgrade shocks

Putting 285/70/17 tires on a JLU Sport shouldn't have any effect on the shocks. Yep, they are a little heavier but that would translate to a more stable ride compared to stock.

How many miles do you have on Jeep?
Look on your local FB marketplace or here and find some cheap Rubicon Red shocks that have low miles and try them.

Have about 13,000 on it. I thought about the Rubi shocks haven’t seen too many in my area. It does drive better. Went on a road trip and it was rough so I sure down some more to see. Was just thinking a better quality pair might help with the ride.

I hated the stiff Rubricon shock so I went with Rancho 9000xl adjustable shocks.
They provide a better ride, adjusted to your preference, and will not break the bank.

The stock shocks have less than 6" of stroke. You won't get a better ride from new shocks but you will get much better suspension travel. If you want soft I'd go with fox 2.0s. The bilstein 5100s are great if you like a sportier/firmer feel. Less body roll, less brake drive, better handling, but with that bumps can feel sharper.

Spoke with quadratec , they said it would help with comfort and stability since my Jeep was raised a little
What brand/model did Quadratec recommend?

I have those on my 2dr and to echo @Zandcwhite, they are firm. Not harsh (and of course springs matter too) but you probably want softer than them.
