Does anyone have any experience with the RC winch plate? I just bought a new JLUR 4xe and need a winch plate. I've seen a few options but the RC plate is significantly less expensive. Obviously you get what you pay for but I was wondering if anyone has used it and had any issues with it. Thanks!

I used it with no issues, straight forward install, couldn't complain for the price. I needed to do some trimming to fit with my rival bumper but that was it, with stock bumper fit no problem

Thanks!
How many times (roughly) have you used it? I saw some reviews of it bending with load, but also saw some great reviews so I'm just trying to get some real world opinions.

I've needed it 3 times but all light mud recoveries. Nothing hardcore yet at the same time I'm a light 2 door

Ok thanks. Yeah I just got a 12k Badlands winch and I weigh closer to 6k lbs... I'm gonna try it out and see i guess. I've only needed a winch once with my Gladiator and it was just light mud but totally different bumper/winch setup then

I would say that isn't a place to spend money but I run a <$400 winch. I still wouldn't want the structure to be a possible weak point.

I had a $300 taktik 9k lb winch on my gladiator. It worked better than I thought the one time I used it. I got the badlands for a good deal this week. Are you saying I should just spend the extra $100 or so for like the rugged ridge plate? I don't plan on doing anything super crazy as I won't get a lift and tires until probably December or January when my credit card settles down a bit.
