My brother bought a new Gladiator yesterday and will ultimately put a steel bumper and winch plate on it. I have a JCR which is only about $200, but I've heard some people have bent them. I have done some hard pulls and mine hasn't had any issue, but I'd still want to steer him to one that uses a little thicker steel. Mine uses 3/16", so I'd probably recommend to him one with 1/4" thickness.
What's a good winch plate that is reasonable on the budget?
