Exactly. So while I understand a quality tech having the potential risk to earn less than the actual hours he/works, asking customers to pay by the hour vs the job can incentivize slower work and reward techs who are less than competent/efficient. It's hard to strike a balance.This is 100% correct as a tech you are expected to produce more hours than there are in the day each day for production. If you are an awesome tech that can work quickly and still do amazing work that is fine but I know a lot of "techs" I would want to air up the tires in my bicycle!!
