As others have said the first thing I would look at is the track bar. The dealer can also check all suspension parts for looseness or wear and I would have them (or someone) check tire balance and wheel alignment. Being stock, it should be pretty straight forward to diagnose. All the above can...
That looks like it, may be different trim bezel. I would find a JL on the lot with AUX switches and the same trim level as yours, then use that VIN to order the switches.
PS: Don't be surprised if the dealer has to flash your system to let it know you now have the AUX switch package...
HGR is standard with the 35" tire package, again order guide is FUBAR.
I did not order the HGR (even though dealer order entry wanted us to) because every piece of literature from Jeep states that it is included...My build sheet confirms HGR installed. Check your window sticker when available...

Hope my current...
She is finally in production! :)
Build sheet should populate today or tomorrow and then checking to make sure everything's included that should be...

When I ordered my '24 2-door Ruby-X the AT was $4500 if you selected the 3.6 and $2500 with the 2.0, however you had to select the 2.0 if you wanted the 35" tire package...Now they have 'paused' the 35" tire package on new orders of '24 2-door Ruby-X.
Jeep's ordering policies certainty make a...
Congrats! Damn she is purrty!
I wish I could have selected the 3.6 in my ordered '24 Ruby 2-door but on the 2-door w/35' tire package they force you into taking the 2.0...
