It's a shame they went down-this is a reason I turned to Extreme Terrain they have given excellant customer service.
Extreme Terrain! Noted for future reference. Thanks for the tip! I'll give them a try if Quadratec ever refunds my money.

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate dealings with Quadratic. I had a couple gripes with them a couple years ago but didn’t know where else to look, tried extreme terrain but they don’t have nearly as much.

Personally I’ve been going direct to manufacturers or using @Northridge4x4 for parts for the last year. They’ve been great and they’re a forum sponsor as well.

Sad to see. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them (and extreme terrain). Maybe @Quadratec can shed some light on this?

I placed an order with them around Christmas that I’m still waiting on parts from. Within the last 30 days I wasted over 5 hours on the phone with quadratec trying to get a refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and Mastercard can’t even get a response from quadratec. The person behind their Instagram account is useless, the 1800 number is a bottomless pit of bad attitudes and lies. When I mentioned how long I was on hold the guy cops an attitude and says “yeah there’s like 60 people on hold right now”. This company has gone way way downhill. I was promised a call back from a manager that never happened. I was quoted a number amount of a refund which didn’t show up, when I called them on it they were very dismissive. They dgaf and it shows!

I ordered a Rugged Ridge Venator Stubby but I was kinda having second thoughts. The main reason I wanted that one was so the front camera could see over the overrider bar since it leans back toward the grille. I was going to order it directly from Rugged Ridge but Quadratec had a better price. Now they're both about $100 more since neither company is currently having a sale.
I’m going through the front bumper conundrum as well. Want to retain the factory fogs, but also want a stubby and recessed winch.

That sucks! I ordered a set of DV8 box steps and they were at my door within a week packaged beautifully and as expected.

Unfortunately, I’m in the middle of a Quadratec refund issue, too. I ordered some rails and they shipped quickly…but got caught in some FedEx limbo and were never delivered. Quadratec was cool about it and said they’d ship a replacement pair out while they put in a claim on the missing pair. The replacement set wound up being out of stock. I waited a few weeks and just decided to cancel and get my money back. They were fine with cancelling and refunding and all seemed well…but it’s been a couple weeks now and I still don’t have the refund.

I thought my situation was just bad luck but now I’m a little concerned about the pending refund!

Same boat, still waiting on my MasterTop fullview rear window. Get an email every Monday saying it's still not in stock, despite their initial ETA of early April. My real problem was how @Quadratec showed the three-piece window set in stock at time of order, then shipped me the two side windows and was content to not inform me wtf was going on until I called them out on it. Still (im)patiently waiting...but at least the Oracle skid plate I ordered was shipped fairly quick.

Interesting. Similar situation with Shipping label created but stuck there for 10 days. An absolute pain and waste of time getting a hold of CS. Told to call back after a few more days Of waiting. Finally got the product reshipped assuming it was shipped the first time. Who knows. Good to know about the alternatives. Thx forum

Very concerning. All my experiences w/ @Quadratec have been positive but this recent wave of bad reviews from forum members makes me question what’s going on. I hope they get their act together or fire whoever is not doing their job. Start w/ mgmt.

I am still awaiting some replacement seat covers. I finally got ahold of a really nice gal, but haven't heard anything back.

I had good luck with them in the past, but this is concerning. I messaged @Quadratec here over a week ago with no reponse.

I want to order some QT tube doors, but now I'm afraid to drop $800+ if its going into a bottomless hole.

Quadratec recently erroneously charged my card during their “awesome IT update”. Was on hold for an hour trying to get the charge reversed. Ended up having to get my bank involved. Done buying from them.
