Hi there,While doing a deep clean on my 2018 JLUR, noticed this for the 1st time today. Unacceptable for a vehicle I have religiously maintained since new. (55K miles) I guess I’m just out of luck at this point, but if I am, I will not be ever buying another one!! in fact, while I love this vehicle, I won’t have it much longer, which is sad. This is the only car my entire family has ever owned that got rust and we’ve owned a lot of cars so this is super sad that a garage maintained vehicle can look like this.! @JeepCares is there anything you can do? Any goodwill campaign?

Recalls are only to repair a safety issue. Your jeep looking like shit isn't a safety issue, unfortunately.Oh I know I’m so darn mad that this is a roll top babied Rubicon with bubbles pain/corrosion -are you kidding me so ridiculous that they aren’t just recalling all of these to get fixed. It’s just infuriating on so many levels, especially the part where you could fix one door and have everything else be messed up within not very long and be out more thousands of dollars!
If @JeepCares is not aware (and done something) about a problem that has existed in Wranglers since model year 2018 your response is pitiful!Hi there,
Have you visited a dealer regarding this concern yet? Feel free to send us a private message so we can discuss further and offer an extra layer of assistance.

Who cares what it does, this is criminal how the jeep community is being screwed by stallantis. I see jeepers with so much paint problems I'm at the point that I hope they go friggin bankrupt.Recalls are only to repair a safety issue. Your jeep looking like shit isn't a safety issue, unfortunately.
They'd probably have to repair half the fleet honestly. Imagine the damage it'd do to the shareholders!
My doors & hinges painted and replaced, however windshield frame is on back order and rear gate is on order. The saga continues!Going on 7 weeks with it being at the dealers body shop & doors are on back order with no eta…. I just want my jeep back![]()
I had them call me, when all my parts were in, and they were ready for me. Made the process go faster.Going on 7 weeks with it being at the dealers body shop & doors are on back order with no eta…. I just want my jeep back![]()
Well, it’s been a process of them fixing some stuff and waiting on parts.. plus stellantis made the dealership put a piece of tape with my vin number on it over every single spot that had a blemish on the jeep. I told them before I dropped it off to let me know when they were ready because I didn’t want it sitting there and they said the quicker I drop it off the sooner they will start on it. Also, they already painted some hinges, one door and the window frame and the paint didn’t match so they’re having to redo some stuff. Just big ordeal. Plus it’s actually been at the dealership since February 27 as a rat ate up my engine harness and had to get it replaced. That took two months & got it back for one day then brought it back to the dealership.I had them call me, when all my parts were in, and they were ready for me. Made the process go faster.
Interesting to say the leastJust found this!
