Ok. You said in your earlier post that you just added a small amount. I'm used to adding the whole bottle. But I've never dealt with Jeep LSD, mostly big rigs, think school busses, 5 and 10 yard dump trucks and such.
What the heck is your wife going to title them, better yet, Title You when she notices the Missing Ones ?I had to order a 3/4-in drill bit from Amazon. It took a minute to get here because the first in order got lost, so I had to cancel and do it the second order. Finally got the drill bit yesterday. Then I screwed up the first cap by jumping from a quarter inch hole straight to a 3/4 in. It kind of works, but I'm going to have to pick up some more R&R tomorrow after work. Honestly I'm kind of thinking I might just pick up like four or five bottles of that stuff. And then make multiple caps. That way I can always have some on hand if something happens to the first few. I'm definitely going to have to put some sort of sticky clear fill in the back of the cap at the base. Otherwise the rounded tip of the cap isn't going to ever sit beautifully with the light I have on the end.
Overall I'd say it looks decent, but I think there's a little bit of play here to make it better possibly. I haven't wired it yet, and this is only a rough mockup for now. I'll get the final wiring done next weekend probably or sometime this week.
In fact I've already got the side marker light wiring isolated. I know exactly which one it is, white and orange!
