Off Road Pages Update Status...

the update includes new nav maps also, that's why the file size is so large...

b1er - do you know what version the maps are - I am wondering if there is a version later than the "Content_NA_HM_17Q2" that came in my 2018 JLUS I picked up a few weeks ago. Thanks

17Q2 is what I was updated to... I didn't write down what I had, probably should've but I didn't...

Finally got the USB update done. My dealer was cool since they didn't have any openings to get me in, they let me borrow the thumb drive and do the install at home following instructions in the TSB... worked perfectly... the update includes new nav maps also, that's why the file size is so large...

The nav is quicker to respond now, no more dragging at the loading screens like it did before.

I did have the ghosting screen image but it's supposed to go away after the modules all go to sleep after 45-60 minutes... I haven't gone back out to check it yet...

You didn't happen to save the file from the USB stick by any chance did you?

So, we picked up my Jeep on Dec 31, 2018. It didn't have OffRoad pages but I had been putting off stopping in to the dealer for the USB update - just because it's a PITA.

Then, after much procrastination - OffRoad pages shows up on my Jeep after an apparent OTA update and everything appears to be working normally! Not sure when exactly it came through, but I first noticed it in the App tray on Jan 21. Hope this gives some of you hope that it is on it's way?!?

While our Jeep was having some work done at the dealership I ask they to go ahead and do the TSB for the Off Road pages. They did! So far no problems at all. They sure are sweet! Just hope they don’t disappear!

Mine were installed by dealer Tuesday, and gone by Saturday. Did the reset mentioned here, they reappeared, then disappeared yet again. Reset again, dragged the icon to the bottom bar to “force” it to populate, and has stayed there so far. Uconnect takes a while to load now though, didn’t before. But at least they are there (for now, just jinxed it)

Sometimes mine loads pretty fast. Every once in awhile it seems like it caught in a loop and doesn’t do anything until I cancel it and start again. A few times, it has displayed a message “Off Road pages have failed to load”. At least mine have not disappeared, at least so far anyway.

Did the usb update on 24 Jan, played around with them for a week, just checked today, and they're gone... this is such bullshit...

2018 JLUR got the OTA update sometime late last week. Yay Off Road Pages. Not. Didn’t notice the update until all my USB ports started flaking and not responding. No CarPlay. Not charging. Using the reset tips providing charging but no CarPlay, and only temporarily. Auto headlights also got weirdly flaky on one ride.

Finally pulled fuse F11 for about 90 seconds. Now I have ORP and all my other functions came back.

After 2 1/2 weeks in the shop (drivers seat wouldn't fold back) I have the ORP's and they are great!
