My advice then to others is to not use the automated self service portal they direct you to on the phone and try and get a human.

You should have Assist button for roadside in the overhead console. Not sure if battery dead if it will help much. If you have it equipped not sure if you have Sahara though or Sport.

Get rid of that terrible OE battery and replace it with a good AGM battery. Even when the dealer replaces it with the same kind, it's still a terrible battery and only a matter of time before it strands you somewhere again.

I preemptively replaced my OE battery the first month I had my 4xe, because of hearing so many horror stories of dead batteries leaving people stranded.

You are posting misinformation.... Many forum member's have had their JL flat towed to the nearest dealership for free...

Suggest you read over your owner's manual...

In the future..... Call, Jeep Road Service, etc.. Ph. 1-800-992-1997 and talk to a Customer Service rep.... tell the rep you have a JL that cannot be driven and that you need.. per the owner's manual a flat bed truck to take the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealer. The rep will arrange for the flatbed.

Again, must go by flat bed and must go to nearest dealer or you will have to pay for the flatbed trip. Flatbed to closest dealer is no charge to you.

Thank you for your time let’s see what the dealer says. Here’s the kicker by Stelantis. I put in for a TOW this morning cause it’s new and y is this my problem but NOPE to tow to the dealer 15 miles from my home stelantis wanted 75.00!

what a joke Chrysler my first time with the brand and damn im sour.
60k car under warranty it doesn’t start and you want me to pay for the TOW.
I’ll laugh while Chrysler ends up in the junkyard like all the other American brands from the 90’s. ?

You did say your car was drivable after charging it. Why the hell would they tow something that drives?

When they tried to hit me with a 75 charge to tow 14 miles I cancelled the tow and tested with a multimeter for spitz and giggles and then charged the 12 volt and it started after charging to 60%

I went through something similar. In my case the 12V battery was ran down and it caused all kinds of weird errors. I was able to get it flat towed, covered by Jeep Cares, it was pretty easy to do.

Long story short, I ended up putting in a Genesis dual battery setup and got two Odyssey batteries. You might not need that setup, but the Odyssey batteries are highly regarded.

I charged it at home to get it to start but I drove it to dealer anyway.
