I have the original version on my 2020 JLURR for just over 3 years now. I replaced the original hose lines from just under the hood connector to the wiper blades with a $6 rubber hose for a carburetor line that I bought at Napa. It’s been fine ever since for the past 2 years as the original hose kept cracking and breaking off in the cold at the point that comes out of the cowl. I would definitely buy again!!!!

Thanks for that Glen. My kit came today. After reviewing the pieces I can easily imagine that hose not lasting long at all. I've been following a couple different installations (on the Gladiator forum and also mentioned by @Drewbacca in this thread) and have settled on this approach:

Mounting the hose in-line like this rather than squeezing it up through the wiper bolt hole seems a much more durable and sensible approach. The additional flexibility of the hose you mention may help it flex as the arm moves to and fro. My grommets arrived today, my wiper-puller-gizmo yesterday. Now all I need is the hose you're referencing, a cold beer and a Saturday afternoon to fit it all together. I really like the idea and actually think they're pretty cool. I do have my doubts, however, about their surviving even one Colorado winter. Your information may help. Thanks again.

One other thing... I noticed someone mentioning the replacement blades don't come with Jeep branding. From what I can see, the Jeep-branded piece remains in place while the replacements slide in from opposite end, retaining the Jeep-branded end cap.

I just noticed that yeah my replacement blades don’t have the JEEP on it but I think you can just move that piece over. I just checked my hoses and they seem fine so far. Here is what I used and holding up so far:
