I have seen a lot of people recommend the AEV.

Ultimately I am fine with the stock ride, I like the looks of it lifted and I want to put 35-37" tires on after. Do not want to give up too much of the stock drive feel.
I think ours rides and handles better than stock with the Aev lift. Their springs are a little stiffer because they are designed to handle the weight of bumpers and a winch, which we have so without the extra weight it might feel a little stiffer ride.

A 35 fits the stock 24 willys, and hell you may be able to fit the 37s since you are just gonna be cruising malls

LOL that's true on the 35" I am not saying I won't ever go on trails.

Are these spacer lifts like the old body lifts?
No. These spacers are on top of the springs - they lift everything above the axles, whereas body lifts just lift the body over the frame - as I understand it.

If you want to go with 35's, you can probably just use a Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit.

I am looking to add a 2.5 to 3-inch lift kit to my 2024 4-Door Willys. My primary goal is to comfortably fit 35 to 37-inch tires while maintaining a smooth ride, as I do not plan to use the vehicle for trail riding.

I’ve noticed a significant price variance in lift kits, even among those from the same manufacturers — with some priced between $500 and $800, while others are in the thousands. I’m unsure which option would be best for my needs and would appreciate any recommendations or guidance you can offer.
If you are thinking 35 to 37, stick with 2.5" and go with the 37s since the day after you get 35s you will have wished that you went with 37s. As far as a lift, I would get one that at least comes with full length coil springs (not spacers), longer front lower control arms and ideally one that comes with new track bar or track bar relocation brackets as well. Here is my progression from stock to 35s to 37s:

For reference, my wife’s 24 Willys 4 door is lifted 3.5” on 37s. It’s MORE than enough for that size tire. 1.5” for 35s, and 2.5” for 37s would work just fine.

We do wheel our rigs and the extra inch comes in handy, but if you’re not trying to flex like crazy over speed bumps then stick to 2.5 inch.

Getting your Jeep to ride good with bigger tires is a combination of springs, shocks and tire choice.

Here is a decent entry level kit with a smooth spring:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...x-2-5in-sport-st2-suspension-system-no-shocks

Same kit with a full set of the Alpine arms:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...e-ct2-short-arm-suspension-lift-kit-no-shocks

Match either of those with a set of Falcon shocks:
Monotube shocks:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...flex-falcon-1-1-monotube-shock-kit-2-3-5-lift

Or for more ride adjustability go with the 3.1 Falcons:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/shocks/11-02-31-400-200-teraflex-falcon-sp2-3-1-piggyback-shocks

Then for tires, look at a set of All-terrains or Hybrids, something lighter and with a softer sidewall:
Maxxis RAZR A/Ts - Very nice street manners:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/tires/tl00101100-maxxis-razr-all-terrain-37x12-50r17lt-tire

Or Patagonia X/T:

The Mopar was on my 2018 and I went with the TeraFlex on my 2021 (after having a few more years of lift research between 2018 and 2021). Why I went from a 2018 to a 2021:

TrailRecon did a comparison of the various lifts available a while back. It was about as scientifically accurate as can reasonably be expected.

installation / basic tests:

Comparisons, ranking them from a few perspectives:

I can vouch for AEV's on-road characteristics (your focus).

My problem with most of the more budget friendly kits is they fail to address alignment. Mopar doesn't address either track bar so the axles will be off center. AEV should have a great ride thanks to the drop brackets and I think they include a raised mount for the rear track bar which helps roll center and axle centering. Again, they choose to ignore the front. That's why I pointed out the JKS kit. Especially if you don't have a Rubicon, it's 1 of the only kits I've seen that gives you high quality shock options, addresses all aspects of aligning the axles after the lift, and even included sway bar disconnects which should be 1 of the 1st mods for any non-Rubicon. All for less than the dealers are now charging for the Mopar 2/3rds of a complete kit. At 2.5" you don't need to replace all the control arms, but you do need to center the front axle.

If you just want to clear larger tires, check out a spacer lift, such as this one: TeraFlex JL 4dr Rubicon 2.5" Performance Spacer Lift Kit with Shock Extensions

That is for a Rubicon, so confirm which one you will need for your Willy's.

With a spacer lift, you get to keep the stock springs and shocks, preserving the stock ride.

I would add the Mopar 2" lift lower control arms to the spacer lift. This will push your castor back to maintain the stock riding feel.

You can spend more, but if you're not going to offroad, I don't know why - unless you just want that bling for those who look close enough.
I have this lift currently and I can't recommend it. Sure, it somewhat works, especially on asphalt, but off road not so much, as it bottoms out almost all the time.

At first, when shocks absorbers were new it was okay-ish and it wasn't doing it when front stabilizer was connected (with disconnected stabilizer it was bottoming out in the front easily), but with more worn shocks its unbearable.

Plus every time you have your shocks temperature high enough, like after 10 minutes of off roading, its also very susceptible to bottoming out.

In summary: don't, if you plan to off road.

You don't need any lift at all, but a 1 inch bump stop extension in the rear will keep the tires out of the fenders if you really go crazy.
