Ya I don’t think I’ll be sticking with their arms for very long. At least the lowers. Not sure why they sell something that isn’t capable of meeting their recommended alignment specs. And their tech support has been shitty. Could go with X factor lower arms but why would I wanna spend another 700 with a company that Doesn’t stand by their design
X factor arms are also straight and offer no clearance advantages over what you have. They simply have different joints that allow more misalignment and the ability to adjust the length.

Are you on 3.5” or 2.5” lift? I’m on 3.5” with 4.5” backspace and I have no issues with rubbing. Their 2.5” lift recommends 3.5” back space.

Thanks for all the input
Oops....just saw that you have a sport. You need even lower backspacing for those narrower axles to clear 37s. A 3.5" lift with sport fenders makes sense and it definitely warrants a regear and wheel spacers or new wheels to clear.

I talked with Dana about this and they recommended to not go bigger than 35s with sport axles and sport brakes. Personally, if you are only doing fire roads with a sport, I'd regear to 4.56 and run 35s, 2.5" lift with 1.75" wheel spacers. Or look to swap in takeoff rubi axles with brakes to run 37s.
Thanks for the input , I spoke with my supplier and he kind of eased my concerns about the RK max lift kit. He is personally running it on his rubicon(I have a sport). And he said he’s very pleased.

I hope my rubicon rims with 1.75” backspacers will be sufficient for a while. I know people strongly discourage running 37s on sport axles but then I hear other opinions of as long as you don’t beat on them they will handle it.... eerrr....

Wish i saw this before spending 3k on a rock krawler lift haha. Its been on a few weeks. front control arms on their adventure series are a joke. Cant achieve their recommended alignment geometry. and it says on their website that 4.5 inches of back space is whats needed for 37's. exactly what i have and we are rubbing.
now since it’s rubbing is this as easy as adjusting your steering stops? I know I seen videos on the tube about needing to adjust steering stops.

Or is it rubbing on other scenarios like full flex?

Unfortunately they are not inexpensive, but I love my synergy lower control arms. No jamb nut to deal with, length can be adjusted while on the jeep, and they are bent in and up for clearance. Lastly they don't need to be greased regularly.

Went with the 3.5” lift. Lift height shouldn’t matter I don’t think. I think the issue is that their arms aren’t bent inward for clearance like most other brands.

I’m sure I could limit the steering but who wants to. That’s one of the great parts of owning a Jeep Oh I’m sure it’ll rub pretty bad if I’m fully flexed and turned

+1 on the Synergy control arms. I have all 8 and zero rub with 38x13.50 with 4.53" back space and sitting on the 2" Dynatrac lift (until i get some 3.5" metalcloak springs/shocks). Steering stops were never touched.

I have the 2.5" RK Adventure lift with LCA's on 37x12.50 tires and wheels have 4.5" BS. No rubbing at all and steering stops haven't been adjusted.

You could always spend your lift money on the re-gear and chop the fenders. No alignment issues, driveshaft issues, or so on and so forth. Lower CG, many other benefits to low lift and big tires

You'll be fine mall crawlin on 37s with sport axles. Sport axles are 1.5" narrower than rubi axles which is .75" less backspacing on each corner. All OEM jl wheels are 17x7.5 with 6.2 backspacing...so if your lift recommends 4.5 backspacing to clear on a rubicon, then you'll need 3.75" backspacing on a sport to achieve the same stance. 1.75" spacers on a sport would be equivalent to 5.2 backspacing on a rubicon. You'll rub the RK arms with 37s on a sport turned at full lock....not a big deal...just food for thought.
