Lifetime Warranty Issue

Just wanted to past it on to everyone. My jeep has been in the shop for 4 weeks waiting on the Lifetime Warranty to approve. I have called multi times a week and get "We are looking into it". The GM and Service Manager are also calling and emailing waiting for them to approve new head's since that the problem. Be prepared for repairs to take forever.

My Jeep was in the shop for two months once but my dealership was nice enough to send me a check for 2 months of car payments when it was finished.

This something of a cautionary tale for our (seemingly) weekly threads regarding "is the extended warranty worth it?"

I have a 2016 Cherokee at our shop with one of these Mopar lifetime warranties. Called them 3 times today, was put on hold for 15+ minutes each time then hung up on. Spoke to a real human only once for about 10 seconds and then she hung up. The whole system is a scam.
