I run the Falcons on my JKU and on the street have them set at 2.2. Had them at 2.1 but had more body roll than I wanted. I have not set them any higher than that, but I'm sure the body roll would totally go away and the ride would get pretty tight. Just a quick turn of the knob and all is...
Go with the LJ. I just picked up a 2017 JKU Rubicon Recon for half the price of a JL. Less electronics and no ESS. It will still have it's issues, but a little bit easier to pay for the parts. :like:
Not sure why you didn't enter this year. Yours is a pretty good looking Jeep in real life. I see you cruising through Corrales every once in a while. I ended up getting a 2017 JK Rubicon Recon from a friend of mine. I'll wave next time we cross paths!
This thread is ALMOST as good as a "Please Delete" thread. We haven't seen one for a while so the flaming has been an enjoyable read for a slow work day. :like:
I think if you want a JK, 2015 or newer would be the best bet. I'm getting a 2017 Rubicon Recon next week from a friend that is moving to Belize. I've been driving this on the weekends for the past few years of hot air ballooning as a chase vehicle. The thing I really like about the JK is...
@JeepCares please take a good look at the "We want to hear from you" thread. One of the biggest requests is that the prices are way out of control. $62k for a 2 door? It's a mis-print, right?
And I forgot, LOWER THE SELLING PRICE!!!! These are Jeeps not G-wagons and please don't try to make them a luxury vehicle! Leave that to the Wagoneer.
Those are some wonderful sunset pictures!! I don't know what it is, but the BLM (Bureau of Lunch Meat) land seems to be the prime dumping grounds of the slack ass people of the country. All of it around my area is just the same. Very sad to see.
I really don't know how all of you in the really cold climates deal with all the winter craziness. My hat is off to all of you! :like: And I can take my hat off of my bald ass head with 60 degrees on the thermometer on this fine day without fear of freezing. I can remember the winters when I...
I still have a Tonka Jeep that does not have the tow setup and a Tonka Tow Truck that needs to be reassembled. I took it apart to try and get some of the bad rust off of it. Now they just sit on top of a cabinet in my garage as decorations. Don't know what I'll ever do with them, just more...
You are a great man for going back for the tires and then paying to dispose of them properly! So many people here in the Albuquerque area take their shit tires out to the desert and just leave them for someone else to pick up. I bet I could load up a 16 foot dump trailer with old tires in...
