JSCAN: three toots when exiting with engine running

Everytime I jump out to get the mail, and I absentmindedly shut the driver's door behind me, the horn sounds three times. I thought that I'd finally navigated the proper path through the JSCAN options, but it's still escaping me. Has someone figured out exactly where to find the activate/deactivate option?

My 2021 never did this, so it must be a newer "feature".

I have JSCAN and Tazer. That behavior can’t be changed with JSCAN as far as I know.

I have a tazer. I can turn it off, but choose not to. The three beeps have saved me a few times exiting my Jeep when I was distracted when getting out of the Jeep and forgot to shut it down.

Nope, it was at least 2021 as both of mine had it.

If you grab your key fob, and hover it above the driver side rear upper door hinge while closing the driver's door, it does not honk fyi. Weird hack that I saw on a forum.

That's a bizarre hack. It's usually forgetting about the damn 3 honks that gets me, at which point I toss the key on the seat.

I swear I do not think I have ever honked my jeep's horn...so maybe I will just disconnect the horn..bugs the shit out of me and I am an old drunk but have never forgot my jeep was running....

I bought a Taser about two and a half years ago primarily to disable this lawyer-induced "feature". I have gates and rollup doors that I'm always going through late at night and I just don't like annoying the neighbors. I noticed a few weeks ago that strangely the Tazer has failed me and it now honks again. WTF. Nothing changed, I reckon Tazers just forget what they're supposed to do after a while. Sigh.

I set TPMS to 25 psi, after a while it shuts it off completely, twice now. Also another glitch. It has been recommended to wrap the fob in foil before doing the sleep cycles, but I haven’t tried yet so can’t confirm if it works.
