  1. 24 4xe Tazer vs Jscan

There was a TPMS change mid-year for the '21 model so if you have the earlier sensors then they won't work and you were initially just seeing the last value that your Jeep had stored, but once it went to update it couldn't.
  2. Florida CavFab Spare Tire Delete kit

    Lowered price!
  3. Battery Degradation under Warranty

I'm beginning to think so, and I'm hoping that's the case because I'd love to get that extra 5-10 miles back! I'm gonna have to play around with Jscan looking at battery stats and maybe make it a point to use a couple of chargers where I can monitor the amount of charge it takes to see if it's...
  4. Battery Degradation under Warranty

Glad to hear they're making progress and got you approved at least! Mine has been doing okay but I've only driven it a few times since I got it back. I did have a weird situation on Monday in that it had been plugged into my L2 charger in the garage for about 36 hours and when we left it was...
  5. Chub rub

The more I look at it, and I just grabbed the riser brackets I have, you do have them on there. The offset of SWVA JLUR's wheels pushes his tire out of the bumper pocket a bit and is probably what's making his fit, as you can also see he's using the much longer tire bump stops that are included...
  6. Chub rub

An easy way to tell is look at how your carrier is secured to the tailgate. If it's on studs with nuts securing it, then it has the relocation (riser) brackets. If it has bolts holding it, then it does not. I don't see any way that you're fitment is that tight compared to the other pics above...
  7. Chub rub

Based on the Teraflex carrier instructions and which mounting holes to use, there is about an inch or so less clearance with the steel bumper, which the OP has, versus the plastic bumper. I also agree, it's hard to tell if the Mopar riser brackets are in there, but I would think there'd be...
  8. Spare Tire Brake Light

I've had the Rugged Ridge LED ring on my wife's Jeep for almost 3 years and it's been fine, no interference with the camera cover. I removed the OEM light above the tire which adds some extra visibility out the back and really cleans up the look. I just cut off the factory connector and left...
  9. Adaptive cruise - mirror block

Even if you remove the box, you'll still have a big black rectangle on the windshield blocking your view unless you also swap out the windshield. I despise ACC and keep it turned off, but don't mind the box or even notice it. I have one Jeep with it and one without and it's never been an issue...
  10. Talk to me about my plans for 37s

If you decide to go 2.5" I've got a set of like new Clayton rear springs for sale! ;) https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/clayton-2-5-rear-springs.125523/
  11. GrayWolf 2.0 🐺 | 2024 4xe Rubicon - Build Thread

Looks amazing! It's always nice when meticulous planning pays off!
  12. New 2024 Willys - is this normal?

Yes. The main difference is that I'm in Florida where it was 75* today and you're up north where it was probably 40-50*? Butyl gets much softer when it's warm and will actually ooze a little when it gets to a certain point. It also skins over a bit eventually. You might want to try and pinch a...
  13. New 2024 Willys - is this normal?

I have (had) a small amount visible on my SOT panels, not quite as bad as yours though. It's butyl, not RTV, and someone at the factory was just a little lazy with the application. You can just smoosh it down and maybe roll a small amount off the top with your fingers so the weatherstripping...
  14. End of lease with Ally and new tires on 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe

I'd be careful on the replacement tires if you do need them, my Chrysler Capital lease documentation specifies: Tires - Normal Wear » Tread of at least 4/32 inch when measured at the shallowest point » Tire type, size and brand must match and comply with manufacturer’s recommendations Excess...
  15. Battery Degradation under Warranty

Got my Jeep back yesterday. B9A battery and 04B defroster recalls were completed, they also found my battery coolant was low and did a purge/refill of it. I had been getting the sloshing sound occasionally since my ECH replacement a few months ago. No other problems found but they said they're...
  16. Battery Degradation under Warranty

We shall see, but I won't be surprised. I've got a pretty good relationship with the shop so hopefully that helps if it comes down to it. I'm really hoping that it just gets flagged during the battery recall but I'm not sure that I've heard of anyone having that happen yet.
  17. Battery Degradation under Warranty

Mine is in the shop now for the B9A recall, defroster recall, and some weird behavior over the past few weeks. I got the "Service Charging System" warning, CEL and P0BBD: Hybrid Battery Pack Voltage Variation Exceeded Limit code, which then after shutting it down it wouldn't charge or start at...
  18. The more I research the more confused I get.

Jeep Wave only covers 3 oil changes and tire rotations. If you're alignment was good before the install and you didn't mess with the tie rod ends, then you don't "NEED" an alignment, you just need to center the steering wheel. There are plenty of videos and guides online and it only takes a few...
  19. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

If anyone is getting ready to pull the trigger on a full proximity upgrade I'll be removing the parts from my wife's lease in about 3 weeks and will have a kit available (3 door harnesses, handles and caps). Was installed for about 2.5 years and works flawlessly.
