@JeepCares wouldn't help us in any way. My wife's 2021 jeep is in the shop for going on 2 months ( cylinder head replacements 3x). They said they would reimburse us for the tow, rental car, and Uber. After giving us the run around, they said they can't do anything at this time. Then closed our case saying they couldn't get ahold of us after we emailed and talked on the phone several times.

Auto Nation Jeep in Carlsbad CA, isn't much better. the service manager is trying his best but their techs aren't doing so well.
Sorry to hear this, but thanks for calling them out so we are all aware. Jeep Cares simply running damage control on the forums.

that has not been my experience. I know some have not had luck but Jeep cares have helped me out 2X. it is too bad they can't help out all the time but when mine was in the shop they finally got things moving and gave me a free maxcare warranty for my troubles..they gave me my choice of either the payments that would have been due while my jeep was in the shop or a maxcare $0 deductible 6/85000 warranty...

Based on posts on this forum its seems you are the exception. Unless other people getting good results aren’t posting.

that was not my experience..both times I needed them they called me almost every day with an update..two different agents but both were upfront and both did what the said they were going to do..I know not everyone has had that but I know I am not the only one who has received good help.

I have contacted Jeep Customer Service directly via telephone a few times and they worked with me ...saved me lots of $ more then once in regard to my past Wrangler's and my 2018 JL. I know a few other's that have had similar experiences..

While I am very well able to handle issues on my own, having Jeep Customer Service put a stick up the dealer's ass so to speak when needed was always a plus..

I know I would not even bother with getting Customer Service by contacting Jeep Cares through this forum. You have an issue with Stellantis, you should call Jeep Customer Service Directly.

Coming here and whining and spewing "scam" is not going to get you anywhere..

In principle, it should not matter whether you DM them, call them, email them or send them a letter. In practice, the option that gets you closest to a human being is best.

Jeep Cares has helped me in the past but it requires dedication and smarts on your end to make them work for you. Even then it’s a hit or miss.

So I wouldn’t call them a “scam” but certainly another failed experiment by Stellantis. I can see how this team is driving increased frustration versus feelings of joy, so to speak.

Lots of info missing..
Is the jeep still under warranty?
Why would they be responsible for Uber rides?
Usually insurance covers tow and rental costs.....

Jeep Cares doesn't have any power to do anything. They can try to help, but only if they can escalate and issue and get approval...

Jeep cares is neither a scam nor your mother.

Companies standing by their products is a necessary evil to their bottom line and expensive, but often less expensive than the good will that could be lost from a disenfranchised customer and their negative word of mouth...

...which is why such customer service exists; particularly if their competitors have it.

If a company's bottom line were not effected by lack of service after sales, that service wouldn't be offered. In fact in public traded for profit companies, were this the case, management would be obligated under their need to maximize profit (and share price) to not offer such financially burdensome services.

Do the people at Jeep cares want to do well: they do. But their decisions and the costs associated with them have to be weighed against the cost of the good will lost (and what that good will is worth in dollars) if they don't pay for the cost of satisfying a customer: in part or in whole.
