JEEP CARES...DOESNT CARE!!!!

Been calling Jeep Cares for two weeks!!! I am told i will get a call Back everyday...or within two hours of that day! Yet the case manager assigned to my case who's name is JAMES does not call!!

When we call Jeep Cares at 877-426-5337 customer service reps will not transfer us to a manger or anyone that can help us.... and insists they are only there to take messages for a CARE specialist to call us back in 24 hours!

i been waiting TWO WEEKS!

i was also told that my case was to be forwarded to another manager because JAMES doesn't do his JOB!!!

so jeep sends out my NEW Custom build with the SKY one leaking and parts peircing up into roof.

Was built for my Wife

Sky One touch.
- Leaks (alot) rear passenger rear. floors were wet and subwoofer was getting wet
- Bulge !!! (bolt?) piercing upward through roof on pass side
- Several weird looking indentations on passenger sky roof panel
***Every interior trim piece of sky one had scratches and even some really deep ones

Steering wheel
-Weird gap under leather wrapped part of wheel; dead center on it... you can easily see it and annoyingly feel it
-Three little gouges on center cover of where Air bag is

Paint
-Paint burs in several areas. UGH!
-TWO deep scratches in passenger side rear door. like you can see and feel ...Mojito paint is gone
- Front Painted fender flare had a nice scuff on the unpainted edge

Interior
Trim on Driver rear door panel had a nice scratch on it.

Rear leather seats had a Nice long scuff across the leg rest portion approx 24" long

Passenger seat clunk noise while breaking during test drive with person sitting in it

Jeep pulls to the right while test driving

We are very emotionally frustrated about this whole situation. We sold our 3 Wranglers to make this dream come true; of getting your top of the line Rubicon. This whole jeep buying experience started all the way back in September 2018 when we first ordered our jeep. Needless to say that original dealer lied to us and never ordered her and left us waiting 3 months. we gave up for a while until we spoke with Tyson Motors. they were great to deal with and when we went to pick her up 4/30 the management saw our hearts break and were very supportive and encouraging. Now the Wife and I are scared that this dream will never happen... I mean how cool it was to be able to order exactly what we wanted and even have the wife's name on the window sticker! super cool!
But because the model year is ending and the 2020 is coming, Know one knows if Mojito will be available.

So I just want to thanks my fellow jeepers in advance for any magic you can throw onto this whole crazy deal

don't take delivery. tell them it does not meet your standards of what a brand new vehicle should be. point out the flaws and explain to them why you feel these flaws are not acceptable. if they want to work with you they will do what they can. They can always order another one and try to sell the one you don't accept to someone else, once it is fixed. if they won't work with you then refuse delivery, get any down payment back and go to another dealership.

They certainly weren't very helpful for me. Like your Jeep, mine pulls to the right when driving and I've brought it to the dealer 3 times to have them check why it was doing that. Each time, they insisted nothing was wrong and it's driving the way it should be. I got fed up so I contacted @JeepCares prior to my 4th appointment in hopes they would work with the dealer to identify the issue. I also made a video that clearly shows the Jeep pulling to the right and showed that to the service technician. Less than an hour after dropping off my Jeep, they called me back saying it's ready to be picked up. The case specialist calls me the following week saying there's nothing they can do if the dealer can't find anything. Obviously they just go with whatever the dealer says instead of actually working with them to fix the issue. To top things off, I asked the case specialist about the recent track bar change, she instantly stopped me and said she couldn't help because she doesn't know what a track bar was. This goes to show how clueless and helpful these people are.

tl;dr @JeepCares is useless.

Thanks everyone.... I did not buy it. I was so upset about it and it wasn’t the dealerships fault. They just said the country wide Chrysler rep said SHE won’t build another one for me because they don’t have enough paint for another Sky One in Mojito. Yet they still can build Mojito jeeps. It’s a total disgrace to the Jeep brand...and they obviously think us long time jeep owners spending $55k are stupid. This would have been wrangler number 14. And as I posted earlier I sold my jk and the wife’s perfect 2013 Oscar mike for this. Honestly if I didn’t sell hers a week before this disaster I would have said screw it. But now I am so vested I’m gonna do everything I can to make Jeep hear me...as well as the many others that have not been taken care of by Jeep

Not enough paint? That's about the piss poorest excuse I've heard lately.

It's NOT the dealerships fault. It's FCA and the chain of command at JEEP apparently. It seems like a Quality Control and manufacturing logistics issues. Does not help the factory is scheduled to be shut down for weeks. At least the OP did not take possession.
