Okay, let’s play! Since this young lady’s button pushin issue has been resolved there’s no need to let this fade into memory. Speaking of which (going back to Stuckey’s here) who’s also old enough to remember the restaurants attached to Howard Johnsons? For that time period they by far had the best omelettes and hash browns known to man. And good Lord, those waffles, with the 18 flavors of syrup (prolly more like six, but reminisce with me here)!Used to be dozens of them on I-40 back in the day. Don’t forget about that red peanut praline patty. One of those would have three kids bouncing off the walls of the station wagon for hours!
One of them, I believe in Oklahoma, had a bee hive in an exterior wall. Had a plexiglass cover so you could watch the goings on.
Oh, and Stuckey’s had magic smoke. You’ll remember it if you’re my age…
Depending on how often you have passengers in the back you could have the ones you’re utilizing for the rear only to instead do all four. Two less steps to go all in…I am... getting someone else to rewire the switches so that 1 switch puts both front windows down... 1 switch puts both front windows up... 1 switch puts both rear windows down, 1 switch puts both rear windows up. So i only have to push and never have to pull.
P.S.: I see that this thread has been retitled. All because Irish cut her nails?
When and where is JB22 ? I would love to buy a bunch of rounds too !!!Awww i hope all yall show up at JB22... im buying the first few rounds!
My Jeep has 30,000 miles on it and the lettering is already wearing off of the switch for the driver's door window... Actually it was worn off when I got the Jeep used at 22,000 miles...You can pick up the entire switch assembly for $70 and then play with modifying the switches without messing up your current assembly. Once you get a workable solution, swap the assembly out.
We should start a post titled :I hesitate to even post bc of all the rude reactions this might get but here it goes....
I am a girl.
I love jeeps.
I want to put my windows up.
But i have nails and thus the little fingertip window buttons dont allow me to fit my nail with fingertip into them enough to get leverage to push the window button down. Only my nail "goes in" if that makes sense. Daughter and her friends have the same issue.
Yes i can cut them shorter and thankfully in the summer I do but in winter my nails are always longer bc I'm not doing hands on crap as much and am instead looking picture perfect at holiday functions.
I would LOVE if someone could 3d print slide/stickon button extenders.
Im tired of looking for the clothespin to close a window.
First world problem i know.
No "cut your nails", "long nails suck" ect responses needed.
These are my real nails so no "princess type" responses either.
Sad I even have to buffer my questions these days.
Anyhoo.
If you like back scratches, then you like nails so help a chick out and tell me this product exists or throw some ideas at me. Im about to e6000 some tounge depressers on the suckers bc the 392 buttons are hella stiff compared to her 2020 rubi and that would be just ugly. I could bedazzled them.... JK!
And No i cannot just use my nails to pull up on these dang window buttons. Even at the most painful leverage force amount the button doesnt move.

I know of Stuckey's and their famous pecan logs. I have even driven by one or two over the years. I hate to admit this but I have never actually tried a Stuckey's pecan log? I will definitely hunt one down on one of my future road trips in the Wrangler.Stuckeys ...
