I didn't upload them in order but it seems this page is saying all the possible areas that could be the issue and the other pages are details on how to fix those issues

I am sitting at the dealer right now for excessive wind noise on the driver side front in my JLU Sahara with less than 800 miles on it. At first they said it was a Jeep thing and I promptly responded with "BULL$HIT", fix it. An hour went by and they came and got me. This time they acknowledged that it is an issue and to their surprise Jeep asked that they be contacted by the technician about the issue. So obviously Jeep knows about the issue. I have yet to hear what Jeep has told the technician. All I have been told is that the number they have been asked to call is someone's desk at Jeep. Curious what that number is.

I have also noticed that one of my panels is misaligned. It is the passenger side cowling. I think it is plastic, but painted. It is held down with 4 torx screws. I wonder if it is related?

Here's what I have found so far on mine.

On the windshield frame, it says no metal should be showing between the foam pads, mine is good on the driver side but not good on the passager side.

Also on the lower A pillar cut line, the drivers side is rolling over, but the passager side is doing what it's supposed to do. You can see the difference in these pics.

Inside the door the foam does look like it's placed correctly on the driver side compared to the passenger side.

Thanks for posting that.

Mine goes in tomorrow morning for excessive wind noise and to see if they can load the User Guide, it shows content not available'.

May be just on vacation with the off road pages...

I’m glad Jeep is acknowledging the problem and trying to resolve it.

Still makes my head hurt reading all those supposed problem areas. Couldn’t they have simplified the design by using less seals and made them more assembly friendly?

Wow 36 pages of owners complaining about this issue and I am surprised Jeep has not formally responded to this topic.

I feel like this is a hotter topic than the off road pages being missing as it makes the driving almost unbearable on freeways.
What are the Off Road Pages?

how did the pad affect fitment and seals if at all? you still take it on and off right, it’s not permanently on?
have you ever owned a Wrangler before?

I want to hear what JeepCares has to say about this :headbang:

Which means, now I’ll have to make another visit to my dealership who sent me home the first time saying, “it sounds and rides like a Jeep”, very similar to many Jeep pandits ;) over here stated time and time again.
