Just re-installed the hard top for the upcoming winter season (yes I know a sad day it was...) I found there to be wind noise between the two freedom panels. Almost seems like the driver side is not pulling down tight enough? When driving and I pull down on the lock leaver the sound diminishes.

I have removed both panels and everything seems to be fitting well, although the driver side does seem to sit a hit higher (see pic).

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
Matt

Just a thought, the passenger freedom panel must go on first.

My 2024 had some odd wind noise from the driver A pillar with the hard top as well. My other 2024 with the SOT doesn't make the same noise. Maybe normal?

Check the 4 windshield bolts to make sure they are tight. You can access the behind the sun visors.

Checked and tightened...the two outer ones were a bit loose...noise still there.

Don't the tabs for the latches in the front have long holes so that you can adjust their height? Couldn't you just loosen up the tab for the drivers panel, position it down a mm or two, and then tighten it back up?

I had some wind noise coming from the front of the passenger freedom panel. I loosened the tab, pressed down on the freedom panel and tightened the tab. Took a few tries to get it adjusted properly and haven’t had an issue since.

I have the same issue. The freedom panels have three adjustment points, more or less for 3 of the 4 corners. This back/outside corner is the one that does not have an adjustment, resulting in me having the same gap, but having no way to adjust.

What are you able to adjust?
Mine seems to be high on the driver side up against the windshield.
I don't see any adjustments on the locking levers.

There are to bolts on the latch under the visor, you can adjust there.
