Wasn’t too big, i don’t recall the size though. For the filler, i just used a rubber grommet i had laying around. The usb-c connectors are fairly small, which helped.

In my opinion, if you go with 2.5" springs, you will want to bump up to 37's. I think the factory XR tires will look too small.

If i were you I’d go with the clayton 1.5” coils, the new fox 2.5” hto shocks, and the mopar lift lca. I ran this setup for a while and quite liked it.

I'd keep the Clayton springs. I switched out my XR springs + spacer for 1.5" Clayton coils and it sat JUST bit higher, but felt much better.

You will def want wheels off, axle on jack stands, during install and DIY alignment. You can sometimes get away without using the pickle fork on most joints, except for where the draglink connects to the pitman arm.

It is def gray, with a varying hint of blue depending on the light. These two pictures at the same time kind of show how the sun impacts that.

Jack it up from the front axle, use 6-ton jack stands on the frame rails just behind the front control arms, remove tires, and you have plenty of room to let it droop and leverage the jack to move things around.

there are also two bolts under the trim by the rear view mirror, you can adjust those as well. I would mark your current location before you move them around though.

There are to bolts on the latch under the visor, you can adjust there.

I have the same issue. The freedom panels have three adjustment points, more or less for 3 of the 4 corners. This back/outside corner is the one that does not have an adjustment, resulting in me having the same gap, but having no way to adjust.

No regrets going 37's, but I absolutely planned on regearing as part of the mods. Even with these very small 37's, I find it hunts more than I would like. 4.56 is doable, but you will be happier regeared IMO.
