Among all the drop brackets for JL, the two I would avoid are AEV and Rough Country. AEV is thin stamp steel, and RC is not even welded together. Everyone else makes pretty much the same with 3/16 steel welded together. Some might have better welds than others.
Which one is good since I have aev liftkit

As far as matching your AEV kit, the AEV brackets would be the best.
As far as working with your AEV kit, all of them should work fine with that kit.

I've got a 23 JLU XR Willys with a 1/2" spacer lift and Mopar LCAs. So figure the XR package and spacer lift equals a 2" lift. Would a GEO correction bracket make any difference? Is there a lift height where below that they don't make a difference?

Spend the $$$ and get adjustable LCAs. Find something from market place or the like to keep costs down.
You are talking about two different things. The brackets put the control arms back into the proper plane they were from the factory. The adjustable control arms allow you to change pinion and caster. Together they make a 3.5" lifted Jeep handle nicely on the road.

Check your caster, if it’s in high 4s or 5 then yeah, they’ll increase your caster which will make it feel better at highway speeds….. They’ll also decrease nose dive at sudden braking and going over bumps will not be as harsh……there’s definitely a benefit to flatter lcas…

If you have access I would have someone run some beads on those brackets. Get rid of any potential play.

The Metal Cloak Geometry correction brackets are the best of the bunch. I tried the Ranchos for JL and they would stay tight but the MC have an extra tab that bolts under the trans crash bar.
