My front diff drain plug has seen better days. My dilemmas lie in the fact that I cannot get an OEM or aftermarket replacement and I'm not even sure a new plug will solve the leaking as the internal threads seem damaged. I have found a plug at a plumbing supply store that will at least get me on the road. My main question to those in the know is should I weld or epoxy the OEM plug once I can get one in my hands on one?

Definitely weld that thing closed.

@mgroeger has a super fun story regarding the drain plug.
