Just throwing this out there since I was curious. Here are the options I could find for front axle trusses (not including C gussets). Looks like they need ~2” of lift and the usual additional bump stop spacing to keep these from hitting frame or oil pan, etc.
Don’t see any available from Motobilt, Cavfab at the moment…

Artec - ~1/8” designed for strength and light weight:

Barnes4WD - $80 3/16” says ~2” lift. Bridge over FAD

Rustys - $179 3/16”. collar under center axle tube, no lift description

TMR customs - $119 3/16”. Says 1.5” lift

EVO - $169. I believe 1/4” (description is for C gussets.. full kit says 3/16 for gussets and 1/4” for truss). Hoop goes over diff, does not specify clearance.

I have the full Artec set front and rear (trusses, gussets, and skids).

Don't let the lightweight design fool anyone...the shape when welded in is as strong if not stronger than thicker designs.

Seem to be the go-to… which is why I looked if anybody else was even making them.

I’m running an Evo front truss but artec is what the shop that did mine installs the most.

I also have the Artec truss front and rear. For the same reasons.

I welded the Barnes front truss on mine and ran into the clearance issue (because I didn't read the instructions lol) If I could do it again, I like that Rustys truss because of its low profile, although I'd put a couple drain holes along the bottom edge.

I like how the Barnes bridges over the FAD, what kind of clearance issue? Frame, oil pan? What bump stop?

The top of the truss was making contact with the frame of the Jeep. Had to install bump stop extensions. Also, the barnes truss only crosses/bridges the FAD on one side (front side). I added a piece of steel to bridge it and tie it all together on the back side. That clearance problem I don't think I would have had with that lower profie truss.

Thanks - Rusty’s definitely looks appreciably lower… actually they all angle down and look lower lateral to the UCA bracket compared to the more square Barnes?
