Same here.. The last time the US based dstrac replied to me was June 21st.. a month ago... now they are gone... and no axles delivered.

Deezus... I am curious.. when you ordered your axles.. did you order them using the dstracaxles.com website?
Are you saying you paid them and have not received product and they've gone dark?

I tried to look these guys up and it's very strange they've disappeared like they have.

I feel bad for everyone that involved themselves with these guys.

Yes, I paid them 4 months ago... all this time they have been very slow to respond via email.. last time I received a response was a month ago.. since then the company disappeared.. their website is down, and their phone number disconnected.. facebook / instagram accounts gone..

I wonder if there is a way to get my money chargeback, I paid using my credit card via a third-party financial institution named clover.com ... I submitted a fraud claim with my credit card bank... but it has been so long.. and the Dstrac seems to be out of business.. this is so terrible.. I saved $16K for so long to buy these axles and now my money is gone and no axles.

That really sucks man. Sorry to hear it.

Looks like the Brazillian website is still up: https://www.dstrac.ind.br/

Yes... that is the real dstrac.. but what I understand from reading what Deezus said.. they basically stole the name and illegally registered the Dstrac name in the US.. and I guess they were buying axles from Brazil and then reselling them here in the US?.. if that is the case I do not understand how they operated for two years in the US without the Brazillian company going after them legally and on social networks...

The big question is.. how do you get your money back if the company disappeared?

Has anyone received any communication as of late from either entities, US or Brazil based? A buddy had a couple sets of these axles on order prior to this and they haven’t received anything since the company went dark.

ClusterF*ck of the highest proportions.
Glad I went with Fusion.

Anyone who paid DSTRAC US with a credit card should very easily be able to just dispute the charge and get a full refund. I would not wait. I would call the card company and get the dispute logged immediately.

Well since I've talked to the owner and the new guy that's taking over his email is:
[email protected]
Please contact him with every any concerns as far as not getting your axles and warranty. They've been great to deal with they tried to repair my axles figured out that it was pretty much unreparable in their opinion The rear one so they decided to send me a brand new set out they're shipping out Friday and everything happened pretty quick and efficient unfortunately because I had to deal with those other guys for the first two months it left a bad taste in my mouth and so I'm probably going to sell the axles that they're sending me so if anybody's interested let me know I can have them shipped directly to you and there is a one-year warranty on the axle in the 6-year warranty on the locker they will warranty it even if somebody else has it. If I don't end up selling them for what I want then I'll probably end up putting them on my Jeep cuz that'll be the cheaper softer way and I have a feeling there's going to be nothing wrong with them I didn't really have any issues except for a manufacturer's defect which they took care of and the timely fashion.
PM me if you're interested they're 72 wide air lockers 513 gears.

Credit card chargeback can go up to a year ive been told, certainly six months

should be a slam dunk. They will attempt to contact the vendor to get their side of the story. When the emails and phone calls hit a dead end theyll know its case closed.

Hey!... the credit card company resolved the dispute in my favor and I've got my money back... wohooo!!!

I hope those bastards are brought to justice and everybody who got scammed gets their money back... the real Brazillian DSTrac is suing them... let's hope DSTrac can resolve the issues and be able to sell axles in the US...

Thanks!
