I bought a set of these axles last year it took about 11 weeks for me to get them, I received them early March of 2023. After having them set up and installed on my 2018 Jeep JL I took them to Moab for EJS. I took them to Moab on a trailer. On the first trail I noticed a popping sound from the front end and determined that the ears of the drive shafts were hitting the bolt of top ball joints(both sides) very little clearance. I also noticed fluid leaking from the rear end like I had a bad seal. I contacted their company from Moab and was told not to worry that everything would be covered under warranty. They sent all the parts and tried to repair the rear axle and it wouldn't take they determined that instead of trying to keep repairing it they would replace both axles with a brand new set which is fine. I've had other axles and I've had issues and the companies have dealt with them and about the same amount of time maybe a little bit more than the time since I talked to the owner of the company. My initial interaction with the guys from Florida who are fired and no longer there was not a good one and it left a bad taste in my mouth to be honest with you. From what I understand legally they're in the process of getting their name back and then they're going to start selling axles again direct.
I talked to numerous people online that have had no issues with these axles or maybe one or two issues that were dealt with really quick or that were the user's fault and the company Dstrac covered the cost anyway.
In my opinion every company out there has had issues with their axles it's how they deal with it and take care of the customer I've had two experiences here one with the initial guys that was shitty and two with the owner/ 2nd in charge which was good. If you're having any issues with the axles or you have any questions please contact Sandro at the email below he'll be happy to help you.

i sold the jeep, i had some issues in the beginning, but they sent me all the replacement parts that i needed and it worked great for me after the issues were dealt with. Sourcing brake pads was a challenge, apparently they are FJ cruiser ones that are shaved down. IM not defending them or diminishing your story, Id be pissed too.

No special machined parts! I went through this when I put Spyntec locking hubs on the JK. To many special machined parts that could not be purchased anywhere except from manufacturer. I had problems just out of Las Vegas and had to have them overnited to where I was. Cost to much in time and money. Removed everything when I got back home and went back to stock. I will never put enything on any of my jeeps again that is not available at a parts store or can be sourced anyplace I am traveling (within reason).

I contacted their company from Moab and was told not to worry that everything would be covered under warranty Labor and parts. I Got back and had them inspected found out that I had two bad rear spindles a bad rear hub(drivers side) bad seals(rear). In the front the axle shafts were contacting the superior ball joint(upper) causing a popping sound. I was told I would need two new ball joints left and right as well as u-joints in the front and axle shaft ears. I contacted them while I was in Moab and they got back to me through email only (They will not answer the phone) only if you're getting ready to make a purchase will they answer the phone. I Waited 2 months for parts. I got the parts-I was missing parts and they were the wrong parts The spindles weren't the right ones, there were no rear seals. My guy took the apart the passenger rear side and the emergency brake on the passenger side just fell out on the ground. During this whole process I have provided pictures and videos (at their request) to show them exactly what was wrong because they won't call you so you can explain it to them over the phone as well as give them pictures and videos. I was told by the guys in Florida that they forwarded All the pictures and videos to the guys in Brazil that do the warranty. However when I talk to the guy directly through email in Brazil he said he didn't even have those videos or pictures and I had to resend it to him again. I shouldn't be having this many problems on a brand new set of axles. Sometimes things can go wrong I understand that however this is over the top and ridiculous at this point especially since I still haven't gotten a phone call after having all these issues. I have contacted their warranty department in Brazil and the company in Florida through phone many many times. The people in Florida have lied to me over and over they once told me they were going to give me a English PDF of the paperwork that comes with the axles they said they couldn't get it to me- their server was down still never received it. They also said they were going to call me never called me to this day. Actually he said he called me one time but he heard some noise on the other end so he hung up but he never called me back and when I found that out I called him immediately and he never answered the phone. I have contacted them numerous times since we had the bad parts(faulty axles) and have not heard anything from them. I noticed on their website that they're slashing prices on other axles they're not worth it do not buy them do not even attempt to buy them. Someone tried to warn me on these forums about this company and I didn't listen. Don't be like me - do not buy those axles go somewhere else or just don't get axles. Dynatrac, Fusion 4x4, Dana or Curry anyone else. This company's customer service is terrible they don't care about their customers and it's not worth the risk. Their customer service is horrible their product -I have no idea - I haven't had a chance to really drive it. Ive heard other people on here say that they have no issues and everything's good but if you do have an issue and you need parts you're going to have to go through them. I really didn't want to make this post, I really wanted this company to be successful because I think the product could be Good, but take my advice- Don't walk away run away do not deal with this company and if you have axles on order at this time and you're waiting on them cancel the order call your credit card company and cancel it remember I didn't listen you have a chance to listen and take some good advice from somebody who is going through it right now. Again I'm not talking about the quality of the product because I don't know other than popping sounds leaking seals bad hubs dad spindles emergency brakes falling out of the axle -I haven't had a chance to really use them and every company has had manufacturing issues and gear issues and all that that's expected it's the way they treat their customer and the way they deal with their customers that I have a problem with a big problem. I don't see how this company can stay in business in America doing it like this I really don't..... I really hope this helps somebody and keeps you from making a big mistake by purchasing these axles. I've been very patient and trying to be understanding but now it's too late, I generally don't make mistakes like this but nobody's perfect including myself or any other company but at least I can admit that I was wrong for buying these axles and I hope you don't have to follow my same path.
Take care.
PS-I've had a lot of people private message me about these axles asking me what I think and should I get them and stuff like that I think you know the answer to that now.

Sorry to hear that you got DISTRACTED and the shaft and are trying to solve you issues with some guy in Brazil...WTF OVER. When you buy from WeBeAxles and Chinese Take Inc you can guess the results.

There is only ONE company that I would 100% trust. Dynatrac, I was a dealer for them when I had my shop. They sell Jeep axles. What you don't know is that is a side business. They build Custom axle sets for heavy duty trucks, they are an OEM supplier to Ford also.

Strongly suggest you drive down to

7392 Count Circle

Huntington Beach, CA 92647

I would ask if they are going to be at the Off Road Expo In Pomona in Sept. you should go, great show, I went every year really enjoyed it

Disclaimer: My Jeep was featured in their Catalog, I know the owner, he is a great guy and they have been in the Jeep business for over 20+ years that I know of.

So after reaching out to several people I got a hold of the owner of the company from Brazil and the people that run and own Dstrac so there were some internal issues with some people that were running sales over here that they've resolved. I did a zoom call with the owner and he seemed like a very nice contrite guy and was very embarrassed and ashamed of the people who were distributing over here and how the customers were being treated including myself. They told me that they're going to take care of everything will be paid for and they are, furthermore they told me that all the customers that have issues they're reaching out to them to help them with any issues they may or may not have whether it be purchasing issues or warranty issues. I'm a business owner, so I understand where they're coming from but that still doesn't change my opinion yet like I said I haven't even wheeled these axles yet like a regularly would. I just had an issue and it wasn't taken care of in a timely fashion or in a respectable fashion now it seems to be so I will definitely post up as this situation goes along. At this point I still don't change my opinion or what I posted here until I've had to actually had a chance to take my Jeep to the Rubicon a couple times and drive it and use it like I regularly would then I will update my opinion and my thoughts. One thing that I would note most US axle companies don't make their own gears they all come from China or somewhere else and that doesn't make them bad ,though this is got to do with customer service that's all.

So I wanted to give an update to this thread and I'm thinking about making another one I'm trying to be fair to this company because I'm a business owner and I know how it is when you have people f*** you over. Since I've talked to the new guy taking over his name is Sandro and he can be reached at [email protected] ,(if you wanted to purchase some axles or thinking about it he's the guy to talk to or have a warranty issue) it took a couple days to figure out the parts that I needed and they were shipped out yesterday and from Brazil is only taking a week to get them before it took two months to get them and I did not get the right parts so to me that's a step in the right direction I've had people private message me on this on all the platforms that I'm on and I've tried to help out everybody I can I really believe this company has a good product at a good price and if they can just get this customer support thing took in care of and parts and warranty faster I think they could be successful over here. The shop I have working on it He's going on vacation from the 3rd to the 10th I have an appointment on the 12th to get my rear end parts installed after that I plan on taking it on the Rubicon on a 1-day trip and going all the way through after that I am going to leave a detailed review because I've been on the Rubicon over a hundred times and I'll be able to tell you from then on out just how these axles perform and what my final thoughts are on the company and the axles.

Want to give an update here I'm going to post a thorough review of these axles. I can tell you since I have talked to the owner of the company from Brazil and the guy that's taking over through legal means- I don't totally understand all of it I just know that they registered their name illegally over here and they have to go through a lawyer to get that resolved, [email protected], has been in touch with me the whole way. The parts were shipped from Brazil on Wednesday and it got here today unfortunately my guy who does the work on my Jeep like is not going to be able to get me in until July 12th. They are also covering any cost associated with it as far as paying somebody to do the repair. As soon as they legally have the right to the name which is theirs they'll be taking over sales and warranty Right now they're doing warranty if you have any issues with warranty or have any questions please email him up above he'll take care of you. While they're doing the legal maneuvering their main goal is to take care of any warranty issues. If you contact him tell him I sent you thank you.

This would make sense why their website and social media presence is completely gone as of today July 2 2023.

Yes this is exactly right. They don't want any more sales going through the other people. When they come back it'll be the people who are taking care of me now that will be running everything and warranty as well. So if I take away the situation I had with the other guys and just keep in mind how I'm being treated now it's totally acceptable the customer support in fact it's probably better than a lot of other companies because all the issues that I'm having most people don't have I just got a little unlucky with a defect on one of my spindles causing a seal to burn up. I got the parts shipped to my guy and less than 5 days from Brazil and soon once they get there USA warehouse stocked they will be able to do overnight shipping. They are also are covering the cost of the labor to do the repair which is nice. I will keep you guys updated as we go along here because today is July 4th Happy 4th everyone and tomorrow I'm supposed to call my guy and I might be able to get in there tomorrow or on Thursday and it won't take too long to get these repairs done.

I order portal axles from DSTrac at the beginning of the year and they have gone quiet on me now.

Contacted them on their Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, email etc. but they are ignoring me. Looks like I'll have to start hitting the forums and Facebook groups to start making some noise so they can hear me.

@Deezus do you have the phone number or email of the owner by any chance? I contacted [email protected] but he's not getting back to me either.

Same here.. The last time the US based dstrac replied to me was June 21st.. a month ago... now they are gone... and no axles delivered.

Deezus... I am curious.. when you ordered your axles.. did you order them using the dstracaxles.com website?
