38ā Nitto Trail Grapplers on KMC Tank beadlocks. I have a full spare mounted to the Teraflex Alpha HD carrier and hinge. Even at the higher mounting point the spare *barely* touches the OEM steel bumper. So far zero issues and the Teraflex hinge is beef.
Youāre talking about the Park Assist backup sensors, yes?
Thereās a couple options:
- get a spare tire mount that is adjustable and moves the tire higher up and tighter against the tailgate and hope that gets it far enough away to stop triggering the sensors
- turn off the sensors via the...
You definitely have it handled, but I wouldnāt be a good Jeep neighbor if the offer wasnāt extended. If you need a tow or whatnot I do have an F350 as well.
Something tells me youāll be up and running sooner rather than later. Wheeling season is here and I think we all have the itch after...
My experience with EOC has beenā¦mixed. While I feel they were very dismissive and evasive about my concerns regarding the massive DEF consumption stuff, they were quick to offer a refund and reflash. I had no issues getting the reflash and my money back.
It did rub me the wrong way that I...
Normally Iād just day trip it but since our dog sitter moved her entire schedule around to accommodate us last minute I feel obligated to do a backup trip. š
Well, shit. Based on weather reports with windchill itās going to be too cold to bring the trailer. Our water lines are on the exterior and arenāt winterized yet. I may have to rain check this one. š
We usually boondock it but if you guys are going to camp too we can go wherever you guys want to. Holcomb Valley Ranch if it has spots is pricey but awesome facilities and a beautiful location. *EDIT** Just checked and they are booked solid. So FCFS at Holcomb Valley Campground may be an...
Good grief, same here š
Does anyone here have an idea of what radio channel youāll be using? Weāre rolling up Saturday morning with the Patriot camper so we need to drop it somewhere, probably not far from the end of John Bull where we usually post up. So we may skip gold mountain and run JB...
So I have this annoying leak at the B-pillar that occurs under specific conditions and I canāt figure out where the issue is (besides Jeep life).
If itās been parked when itās raining and I take it for a drive, the first time I brake I get a half to full cup worth of water that dumps out from...
Jen, so sorry to hear about your father. It sounds like he was a good man and dad, which is such a blessing.
I may be game, as long as youāre cool with my son joining. Heās a fun kid and isnāt a complainer or a turd, very respectful and enjoys wheeling.
Are you guys still rolling this weekend? Forecast is a little iffy on snow but my wife and I are game regardless. Weāre trying to find dog sitting so we can camp with the trailer and wheel with you.
Dude, I completely get it. I started keeping the majority of my tools in those canvas rolls which helped a lot BUT they take up more space now in the box which Iām not a fan of.
Currently I have them on a slide from Project X since Iām testing them. Their slide is awesome but itās just a...
While I didnāt delete, I did give their stage 1 tune a try. I opted to keep DEF intact because Iām in CA and the idea of restoring everything for smog check wasnāt appealing, and I canāt register out of state, so stage 1 with DEF, 60hp version.
I loved the tune for a lot of reasons. Having...
