Does everyone still have the factory bolts in the track bar?
I don't. On the axle side I am using the bolt that came with the fox stabilizer relocation kit. On the frame side I'm using the bolt that came with my track bar brace/bracket.

And you have the Synergy brace and the other bolt came with the Metal cloak relocation kit?

I know both of those are metric bolts and the track bar bushings are 9/16th. There was someone else on an older post that had the metal cloak relocation bracket and had the shimmy we are having, he replaced the bracket and went with a different bolt and it fixed it. I am leaning more and more to the undersized bolts being the cause.....

I can spring for a 9/16 bolt and nut, lol. I have the MC relocation bracket as well. Frame side bolt is the one that came with the Rusty's brace, axle side is either the stock one or the one that may have come from the MC relocation bracket (not sure).

My plan was to eventually replace both ends with a 9/16th fine thread shoulder bolt. That should allow you to torque it to 150lbs.

Grade 8 should be good for this, right?

You might have to open up the hole size in the frame and axel. The goal is to fit the biggest bolt you can fit in the track bar bushings.

I do but waiting on the new track bars to come in so I can install. Does anyone know if the new Synergy bars come with new bolts?

No they don’t, and the bolt that comes with the brace is undersized.

Bolt that came with my brace was tight through the brace and RK track bar, had to run it in with impact, torque spec is 125, I torqued it to 140, no issues. I do have one of the first ones that came out , don’t know if that matters......?‍♂

The one that came with mine was metric, there was a decent amount of play between the bolt and the holes in the brace.
