many thanks... they're about $90 and I think they're worth it.
I got to test drive @Maximus-3 ’s jl yesterday (checking out their lift prototype), and I was impressed with the build quality of the mounts, price, and I didn’t notice additional wind noise.

Called Josh today ... he works on brackets, so couldn't really answer my light questions. Stopped by the factory anyway ... hmmm ... it's a factory ... go figure! A minimum of lights in the lobby ... none of which I was interested in purchasing ... damn. However, a gentleman stopped by and asked if he could help. Answered most of my questions and then sent me off to my local 4Wheel Drive store where he said they would have a better display. Before I left, I wandered around in the employee parking lot ... got to see the D-SS lights in their native environment. That's good, 'cuz 4Wheel Drive didn't have any D-SS lights in the store.

Ordered a pair of D-SS spot lights and a KC HiLites 7318 bracket. Liked the simple looks of the Rough Country bracket, but the KC one is more sturdy. Also, have a Tazer JL mini coming. The Tazer will allow OEM brights and fogs to be on at the same time ... YES! With the addition of the spot lights, aimed a little off center, I should have a nice wide pattern down the road with minimal light wasted on the hood. With the D-SS's side shooter lights throwing a beam out to the side, that should illuminate everything necessary at and forward of the driver.

Thanks for the help guys ... it's great when others light the way!

Light the way... I see what you did there. I'm glad you narrowed it down & found what you liked. I passed on the KC Hilites because I had already amassed 5 different pairs (ruined one...long story) until I settled on the Go Rhinos. I'm waiting to see what Rigid's expecting to put out soon.

Pics when you've got your setup ready on the rig!

Will do with the pics ... hate it when someone posts what they're going to do and then never shows the forum what it looks like!

Did you buy the ACE "bracket?" If so, is there any difference between it and the thick washer like spacers that come on several other bracket systems?

I don't have the Ace brackets... I have a pair of Rough Country & Baja Designs...Looking at the Ace Risers, they resemble the Rough Country spacers.

There you go ... now you have Ace-like brackets! Two setups for the price of one.

@melendez69 ... @Fuel Fire Desire ... anyone else. Bought the KC brackets and the Ridged D-SS (side shooter) cube lights in a spot pattern ... model number 262213. Side-to-side they are aligned parallel to the Jeep ... thus, the center of the light pattern remains parallel and never crosses. The up-and-down alignment I'm still futzing with. The problem is that even though the lights are facing straight ahead, the driver picks up too much brightness from the light on the passenger's side and the passenger is picking up a like amount of light from the light on the driver's side.

Here's a quick picture:

And no, they are not installed on the wrong side of the Jeep! Are you guys seeing that same amount of light? If so, what have you done about?

@Torque77 ... @AFfiredawg ... @shmpls ... @Texas_Yote If any of you can answer the question right above this post, would you please?
Hard to show in pictures....But based on that photo i don't get that amount of light. I do get a light amount but not that much. I know you said it is on the correct side, but those are the lights with LEDs only on one side and not both correct? Based on the model number you did, but just wanna make sure...

Thanks for the quick feedback. Yes, I just now physically looked at the inner locations - no LEDs.

Thank you for the pic ... way above the call of duty!

Have you gotten used to that much reflected light?

Was sure something was wrong with my lights. Can't believe that Rigid hasn't gotten any complaints.
