As the title says I'm looking to order some doorless side mirrors ( Hinge mounted or anything else ) that I can use when taking the doors off.
I have a set from my JK but they fit a little too snug for my liking ( VERY hard to get out even with plenty of WD40 prior to install)

So fellow forum goers, I would love to hear what everyone is using.
Thank you!

EDIT: Oh almost forgot! Happy 4th everyone!

I’m interested as well. Hoping to find something reasonable that is actually functional and not just there to meet the letter of the law.

I had the Quadratec Mirror Movers on my '14 JK and they were nice. They stayed on all the time and swung out of the way when taking the doors off. I don't think they have them for the JL yet.

I use this setup, originally posted by @Moto_21. The doubletake mirrors never come loose or shake on the highway, and you can do the whole thing for about $100. It takes a few minutes to adjust the passenger side when you put them on after taking the doors off, but I think they're a great solution.

I had the doubletake mirriors. Too hard to see out of and took forever to adjust. I just installed these and love them. I bought two knobs at Lowe’s for the insert screw. Takes 10 seconds to put on to use. Lange coyote mirrior.

Are those easily removable so I can detach them when the doors are on?
I don't want to strip any bolts on my cowl but I like how clean they look installed.

I have the Lange Coyote mirrors as well. They come off easily once the brackets are mounted (which stay on the vehicle). Mine (which I bought in March of this year) came with screws that have little handles. Takes literally one minute to get the mirrors on and adjusted and 30 seconds to take them off.

More opinions, here: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...the-best-doors-off-mirrors-you-can-buy.17605/

I bought the CMMs and they are worth every penny. I ordered with the "ball mount delete" option and mounted them on the bottom of the grab handles, rather than the top. (Suggested by another forum member - put the mirrors at same height as the stock door mirrors.)

Yeah, lots of people will balk at $240 (there's always a 10% discount code to be had, though). However, consider how long you plan to own your Jeep and how often you'll take the doors off. There isn't a better quality option out there, and damn these mirrors are easy to put on and take off.

If you go to the hardware store and buy 2 1/4 20 knobs( several different styles) the mirriors are even easier to put in and tighten without pliers.

+1 on the Lange Coyote mirrors. I have them as well and love them. They don't budge at highway speeds, takes 30 seconds to put them on and I can reasonably well.

I had another brand of those and they broke the first time. Motor city is manufactured differently and look solid. I was afraid of bumping them or some clown grabbing them and ruining my hood hinge. Would be my second choice.
