Bad Fuel Pump - Code P2635

@JeepCares my 2021 JLURD is having a on and off P2635 and I have my Jeep in the shop and they are telling me the new fuel sending unit is not covered under the 5 year 100K powertrain warranty.

Could you please explain why the fuel sending unit is not covered under warranty?

Because it is not part of the powertrain. I assume you are beyond the 3yr/36,000 mile B2B waranty
