Mine was towed 3 March and still at dealer. @JeepCares has opened a case however comms aren't great. I've reluctantly reached out to our attorney for a consult. Best of luck rodm127 ~

took 2.5 months for them to come up with a Fuel Pump/Sender Module for mine, even with Jeepcares involved.

Communication was tragically poor.
best i got was an offer to cover my tiny payments, and a loaner car (from the dealer).

yeah we contacted Chrysler. They say they looking for parts across the country.
Luckily I was coming to a signal when all power failed. Can’t imagine if I was on I -95 and this happened. You kinda freak out when it does. So disappointed. Hopefully it will be back by June in time for summer. I hope they do a recall soon. No confidence now if going on long trips if they just replaced the part considering all the material on the internet about the CP4. And it looks like this has been going on for years. Thanks for the feedback!

not before mine failed at 4100 miles, no (though i did occasionally run some BioD blends).

since i got my new pump, i have almost always used a half-bottle of the Mopar Diesel additive with every fill-up if i’m not running a BioDiesel blend.

Did any of you who experienced cp4 failure runs any diesel additives?

Had it done last week. They had everything in stock at the dealer I went to. It actually took longer to check it in than fix it. Hope same for you.

are you sure you're talking about the CP4 High Pressure Fuel Pump?

when the CP4 fails, they need to replace the Fuel Injectors, the High Pressure Fuel Injector lines, the Fuel Return lines, the Lift Pump/Gauge module, some other parts, and flush the tank; it's many hours of labor.

i can't imagine you could have spent more time checking in than it takes to replace all those parts and flush the tank.

Had it done last week. They had everything in stock at the dealer I went to. It actually took longer to check it in than fix it. Hope same for you.

that sounds a bit more realistic than "longer to check it in than fix it".

EVERY ONE I WORKED ON THE PUMP TOOK ALL 6 INJECTORS and on the fords all eight injectors

Jeep says that my 2021 is not on the fuel pump recall list - I checked the portal, and called. Some 2021 forum members have stated that they have gotten recall letters. The only recall that is for my Jeep is that 10 minute DEF flash, and I had that done in March.

Zouch has a 21 and he got it. My def recall came out later then others here on the board so it may be coming out in phases like the def one did. Pray they dont leave you or me of the list.
