Hello to all on here. Would like to thank the many members on here for all their posted info on this forum, great content.
I Usually read all the postings on here and get my answer without posting. But this one is not showing up on the search engine on here.

Went to order, Mopar 50/50 mix coolant # 68163849AB, as I am installing a new aftermarket radiator and other aftermarket items, doing a custom build on my 2019 3.6 JL Wrangler, non etorque

The Mopar website said that coolant has been replaced with 68163849ac,, same number but went from AB to AC, which usually means something has changed. I can still get the old stuff from other websites no issue there but it got me wondering what has changed......:swear:

Huummmm,, what now Stanlantis,,,,? More changes???? lol ,,,,,,,, So is this new update still ok to still use as a 50 50 mix ? on a 2019 JL Wrangler with 3.6 non e-torque engine? It shows to years 2021 on some mopar sites, and other mopar sites indicate it is not compatible.

Benny from AllMoparParts can you help with this new coolant update?

Hope I can get some info on this Mopar update,, thank you for reading and look forward to your comments.

It's just OAT coolant, old tech. Not rocket science. Valvoline G30 is the same.
I purchased AB before and recently purchased AC. Only noticeable change is the label printed on the jug. Maybe different manufacture so they make a different part number.

Thank you for the reply,, that's what I thought. Just wanted to make sure there were no issues reported.

When a part number changes at the end of the number example: A TO B, A TO C, or it goes on and on. All that means is that the part product has been improved, or they are using a new vendor to supply it.
