Eh, that's crap news. I actually want to keep my history. So, deleting wouldn't be a good solution for me. That's surprisingly poor UI design. Lol, maybe they recently hired a bunch of unemployed UConnect coders.

With the history delete, the saved destinations are still easily accessible. I'd rather not delete my history but have been using this work around.

Interesting, I looked at the site and it said free to use. Big problem. They say free and then want a credit card number. I don't trust that

You can download at APK Mirror for free without having their Premium service..

APK Mirror has been around for quite awhile.... well known and not untrustworthy.

IF, again if, you want Premium then yes, you have to pay for Premium. Again, you do not need Premium to download.

Yeah, your have to be very careful what you click on those sites. It's usually better / safety to simply wait for it to show up in the play store.

Yes, it's a beta release. I have been running it for 2 days now and 350 mi. driven with it in use and all is aok....

Remember, you can easily roll back to a non-beta release of Android Auto, anytime you want to.

For sure , Android Auto (App) has been undergoing some very significant changes lately... lots of very positive changes...

AA finally has a weather app with radar! I've contacted the AA support team a few times over the last couple of years to request this capability, and I didn't think it would ever be available. The app is not great, but I'll take it. The ads are horrible, but I don't plan to use this app as my phone weather source. I haven't noticed any ads on my Jeep screen. Radar colors are not the standard colors, but the app was pretty useful over the weekend with the storms we experienced over the last few days.

I'm just waiting for them to support Google Meet in Android Auto. I don't need screenshare/viewing capabilities, but it would be nice if I could join the call and mute/unmute myself without having to mess around with my phone.

Android Auto 9.9 final release is available for download and install !

Final release, not a beta release!

I have been running 9.9 final release for a couple of days now.... and about 150 mi. driven with it in use and all is aok....

Big news.... You can finally open Google Maps on your smartphone while Android Auto is running!
This is a very positive thing .... because --> you see less information on your JL's radio/ Android Auto display, then in the Google Maps smartphone app... now, you can access Google Maps on the smartphone and reap much more info, if you indeed need/want more info..
