I have an appointment scheduled for Aug 5 for mine.

i am getting the CEL with 0 DTC’s

i can clear the CEL, and then it could come back immediately, yet never any DTCs.

I'm using an ELM327 OBDII scanner from Amazon for $9.00 and Torque App on my phone for $4.99.
Was able to pull codes off my new 4xe for the coolant pump issue. When I took it in to the service center the first time, they were not able to get any DTC info with the FCA scan tools. I gave them the DTC number and they eventually updated their software and confirmed it.

Figured I would share. Last weekend got CEL on Saturday and was able to have it checked at the dealership Monday (they were awesome about that). With no driving (only charging) until it was time to go to the dealership the CEL was gone Monday morning.

If it helps anyone, this is what the verdict was

Joining the club of the CEL group. Was driving out to a trail head for a weekend hike/MTB ride along a washboard gravel road here in Oregon when I hit a pot hole and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. When it all settled down I had a CEL light on.

Pulled the code this morning from my reader and got a U1412 code. Which looks like an implausible vehicle speed signal.

Anyone seen this on theirs?

Here is the screen shot of the code. @JeepCares

FYI - I have about 3200miles on mine. I put 2500 miles on it stock and then had my Dealer install the Mopar lift with 37's. This was the 1st time off road with the lift but not the first time for the jeep. Most every weekend I'm up in the mountain riding my bike or hiking.

Check engine light came on my Sahara 4xe a couple weeks ago. Took dealer 2 days to get the right plug to check the battery which they said was generating a "low battery" error (no DTCs showed on my ECRI). They cleared the check engine light and I'm now in "hope it doesn't come back" mode. Had to drive a Compass for 2 days - makes the Wrangler feel like a luxury vehicle.

Update on our 4xe Rubicon battery coolant pump issue.
04/29/21 - MIL for battery coolant pump
06/28/21 - Battery coolant pump replaced
06/30/21 - MIL again 2 days later for battery coolant pump
08/04/21 - Service center notified us that the correct pump has arrived and is installed, but the one that squeals was not replaced. We picked it up today. So far 14.7 miles without a MIL. ??‍♂

After 4,000 miles it looks like my 4xe is the latest to join the list of CEL issues. CEL came on the morning of 8/10 and was not able to put it in electric or e-save modes. Luckily I was still able to use the ICE to get to work. Took it to the dealer that afternoon and found out it was an issue with the Hybrid Battery System. Scheduled an appt for the morning of 8/12. When I went to start it up on 8/12, the ICE all of a sudden wouldn't start either, only the accessories would turn on. The strangest part is after I hit the push button start, it wouldn't let me turn the vehicle off unless I plugged it back in. After about an hour of plugging it in and out trying to start, I was finally able to get the ICE to turn on. Took it to the dealer and it has been there ever since. They still do not have any idea what the issue is.

Further more, they do not have any loaners so I have been without a vehicle for 5 days now. So, anyone here able to get @JeepCares to subsidize a rental for them since the dealership doesn't seem to care that I am without a car?
Thanks for tagging us here, Mroskosh3. Although we cannot guarantee any certain outcome, we'd be happy to look into your situation further. Send us a private message with more details.

I took mine in to the dealer last week, and they told me they found an ABS sensor code. They reset it, and said everything is all good.

the next day the CEL came back.

the interesting part is that when i used the Torque app to scan the codes (before i took it to the dealer, as well as after) the code that i get evey time has been the same

My 4xe has been at the dealer since yesterday morning. 3 calls into the service advisor, and one call back. Told me that they had to call Jeep corporate about my issue (no cabin heat, and a sensor throwing a code for something related to an out of range reading). The lack of information and communication by my dealer service department is very disappointing. I forgot how much I hated visiting the Franklin, TN, Jeep dealer.

Joining the club and sharing my own experience. My Rubicon 4xe — bought 5/17 — lasted just two months and about 2,500 miles before my first CEL, paired with a "Service Hybrid Electrical Vehicle System" warning, came on in the middle of a 300-mile drive home from a weekend trip.

Took two weeks to get a spot at the dealership (hundreds of mechanics on strike here in Chicago), where I waited for 5 hours only to be told they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and I'd need to schedule a follow-up appointment. I did, for the following week — this past Friday — and now they've had my Jeep since while I drive a Ford Fusion rental. The service department keeps pushing back their estimate and the latest I have is "call us on Friday afternoon if you don't hear back before then," at which point the 4xe will have spent 1/3 of its life with an active CEL. No idea yet when this thing might be fixed (or even if it will be fixed, honestly).

Pretty frustrated — to put it mildly — by the whole situation, especially all of the time that goes into phone tag between @JeepCares and the dealership and Enterprise, needing to keep pushing the rental car back, and the growing agency hold on my credit card since I'll need to wait for Jeep to reimburse me after the rental is done. A big part of me is wishing I would have held on to the 2015 Rubicon I traded in for the 4xe; never had a problem there. (All of that said, and despite how bad this whole experience has been, a couple of miles in a Fusion will remind you why you joined the Jeep crew in the first place.)

been tracking members posts vs. date/build/mileage. Hoping the trend I am seeing on reduced reports is evidence of the software improvements in the newer vehicles. Saw a 'talk to the expert' podcast with a 4xe engineer who talked alot about software pushes, but also some that can only be addressed by dealer software update (latching the max regen). I also bought a Ford Maverick so two new hybrid vehicle first year introductions, will be interesting to compare the two (although the Jeep will have a few months of improvement to my build) the Maverick will be one of the first ones built. Hoping that my Jeep is one of the problem free versions - as many have said, most expensive vehicle I have bought, by far.

CEL on mine now. Loud clanking sound from engine bay, AC stopped working right after and CEL appeared. So I'm guessing electric AC compressor died.
Dropped it at dealership this morning.

6k+ miles:
Issues:
1) Minor battery coolant leak (connector not crimped in all the way) - Fixed
2) Uconnect/radio bricked after the forced OTA update - waiting on new radio, 2 weeks
3) The above mentioned problem
