If it does its probably because someone swapped out the stock exhaust.

They’ve sounded bad since 2003. The 300zx and before were pretty good, but the VQ just doesn’t make a nice sound.

Dude this guy is the only person in the world that thinks a VQ sounds good apparently... I've given up on him he's either trolling or he's oblivious to the rest of the world I don't know which frankly don't care.

I guess he just can't handle the fact that the Pentastar sounds better than a VQ.

Also the 300ZX was the best Z car.
I'd say the new one is probably second best and 350/370 were shit.

100% 300ZX was the best Z car. A good friend of mine has a 350z and a twin turbo’d 370z. Even he says they sound horrible and he’s a self proclaimed fanboy of them.

What really seals the deal for me is some teenager has one in my neighborhood that is constantly coming in and leaving at all hours of the night waking up everybody as he goes by. Tires have been slashed multiple times. He “drifted” it into a curb and folded the back tire under it coming in one night. We had pace for a couple days.

I am concerned for many of you. The fact that you’re even debating the exhaust note of any V6 as sounding better than another is a sign you might need hearing help.

Well to be fair some engines sound better than others regardless of how many cylinders they have it's not my fault.
